A small hotel, if you are not far from the metro line 1 and the tram. Access to the floors without elevator, but the area is completely quiet.

The location is very convenient, with Metro Lines 1 and 6 and RER Nation Station nearby. There are good restaurants nearby and there is also a frontpix supermarket. The location of the hotel is good, just next to the subway M1, it is very convenient to travel. After staying for three days, I met four front desks, all of whom were friendly and very good, but the facilities are very average. The chairs in the room are unstable and inconvenient to use. Everything else is fine Well enough.
On the day of departure, the front desk can help look at the luggage and come back in the afternoon to pick it up. The overall feeling is not bad.

Pleasant staff.
Negatives: . The electrical outlets were not well fixed and a smell of cigarettes was present when we arrived. (A sock covered the smoke detector)

I booked this hotel last minute. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. When I was not happy with my room they changed it immediately! They provided an extra heater as I was very cold and showed me how to get around. They do offer breakfast at €12 which is not bad compared to local offerings. It is located near line 1 which takes you to some of the landmarks trams and buses are available. Other lines are nearby too if you don’t mind walking.
There are many supermarkets and shops which open late where u can get last minute supplies.
The room I stayed in was quite big for a place in Paris and was on the top floor. There is however no lift so if you don’t like stairs then you may want to skip this hotel. My room had a separate toilet and shower which was good. Also had a flat screen tv.
I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend for a short 2 day stay in Paris.
