Best Western Anjou Lafayette Opera

The staff were very friendly and spoke English, so I felt at ease. The room was old and some of the outlets didn't work, and the bathroom heater was broken, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall it was clean and comfortable. The most disappointing thing was that although I had requested a room with a bathtub, the tap didn't turn off properly. There was only about 15cm of hot water, and the heater was broken, so I had to shower in the freezing cold bathroom. The location was also further from the Opera than I expected, making it difficult to walk with a large suitcase.

It's a bit small, but there's a good bakery nearby. Transportation is very convenient, which is great. It's rather narrow, but the restrooms are okay. The receptionist is very friendly. It's quite close to the train station, and there's a subway station nearby.

The staff were very kind, the room was very clean, and the amenities were plentiful! You may want to bring garbage bags (plastic bags), slippers, pajamas, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer.

I rarely review hotels, but this is a very good hotel. They also gave us small gifts and helped us deal with many problems in a timely manner. We enjoyed the French sense of relaxation without rushing to leave the hotel.

The service is very good. The hygiene is very good. The breakfast is 12 euros and very rich. Eating on the streets of Paris is much more expensive. The location is very good, and most of the core attractions can be reached within three kilometers on foot.
