Free tea and coffee 24/7. Extremely friendly reception. Very close to gare du nord station and the metro. Space is a bit tight in the room and limited storage space. Recommend to other solo travellers

Super nice welcome from staffs. Definitely recommend to stay if only spending a night or two in paris. 5 mins walk from station!

Wonderfully attentive staff at this hotel which I found to be brilliantly located for lots of parts of Paris I wanted to visit. The tea station and lounge were fantastic and really helpful. I travelled solo with my 5 month old baby and found everything/one so accommodating.

Thank you Avalon Cozy! This was a great find for me, hotel with a balcony and bathtub, Balcony coffee watching the sunset. This is close the train station with easy access to city transportation, bus, bikes and if you like to get your steps in, walking is a great way to see this city! The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice little garden to sit and have a coffee or a drink. Good breakfast and nice sitting areas.

Good day! The hotel's service thoroughly disappointed us. 😩 Our check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but the room wasn't ready when we arrived. We were forced to wait for three hours, yet we were never offered to check in, nor were we given any explanation for the delay. Soon after, we noticed that a technician was called to our room to fix a problem. There was no point in waiting, so we went out for a walk. As it turned out, there was a serious issue with the plumbing system in the room. Despite this, there were available rooms in the hotel, but the receptionist didn't even try to resolve the situation or offer us an alternative. Ultimately, we were only checked in after a 5-hour wait. We received no compensation for the ruined day and inconvenience. The hotel deeply disappointed us. We absolutely do not recommend it!

Great location, cost atmosphere- free coffee and tea is a nice addition. I will be back when in Paris again

The staff are lovely but my room was very small and had a strong smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. Good location for convenience but not the nicest area for solo travellers. Overall happy with the stay but I would say it’s more of a 3* hotel

Room is very small. Very good location near Gare du Nord and many cafes and restaurants. . Though recently refurbished, condition is not very good. Housekeeping is not daily. Mattress quite soft. Felt heavily quite used. Staff are very friendly.

Lovely hotel. I had a very comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also lovely. Only thing I would say… I’m useless with understanding other people’s coffee machines. If you could add some instructions that would be excellent! Great stay over all. Thank you

Very cozy, but extremely small. You can't open the suitcase; it's photographed from a distance. I also thought there would be a terrace, like in the photo, but no. Despite this, the hotel and room have an incredibly cozy atmosphere, the staff is super helpful, and coffee and tea are available at reception. 4 km walk to Notre Dame.

Overall, it's a great hotel, very close to North Station. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and even recommended me to a restaurant across the street, saying their steak was delicious. The breakfast was quite unique; instead of being served downstairs, they provided directions to another hotel down a small alley. The breakfast restaurant was pleasant, but the food selection wasn't very extensive, especially for my Chinese palate. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, as each room has its own dedicated air conditioner. Also, the elevator can only accommodate two suitcases and one person at a time.
