The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway entrance. Other than that, everything else was just average.

Pros 😊 The most wonderful and welcoming receptionist we've had during our entire trip through Europe! It's so nice to see a friendly person with a smile, a quick positive conversation, and a joke! We haven't experienced this at any other hotel. The second surprise was that the windows overlooked a noisy street, and our room was on the second floor, but the soundproofing was incredible! I'm a very light sleeper and hate traffic noise, but here it didn't bother me at all. Yes, you can hear the metro hum a little, but it's muted and not annoying. We liked everything else too – the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast. Cons 😟 For the price of a room in central Paris, there are no cons!

This was a complete disaster. Worst ever! This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The cleanliness and service are abysmal. It's a disgrace to Ctrip to sign a hotel like this; it will destroy your customers' trust. The suitcase wouldn't open. The room smelled musty and I kept sneezing. The window opened onto the main road. Absolutely no room, and no refund! Anyone who's stayed here knows. It's horrible.
