In a fantastic location for the Eiffel Tower, restaurants or the metro. Extremely clean and tidy, the staff are friendly. Would definitely stay again.

For a short stay and near iconic place, the eiffel, timhotel eiffel is a good location and it is literally besides the Dupleix metro station. However don't expect a enormous space as it was very small for 2 person but technically you're not literally spending most of the time in the hotel after all.
The toilet is clean and basic amenities are covered. Staff speak English and helpful and friendly. The lift is rather small like literally small space but it is iconic and something different which makes it an interesting experience.

Great location for the Eiffel Tower, Seine river boats and loads of other Paris attractions within walking distance.
Room small but clean and well decorated. Shower room small but fully fitted - rain shower was fantastic with hot water always available.
Room at the back was quiet, even with windows open. Great little shops, cafe bars, and restaurants in the side streets nearby.
Two late night supermarkets within short walking distance, for beers/ wines/ bits and pieces you forgot.
Overall, great value for money.
