The hotel room had carpet, was infested with insects, and wasn't very clean. However, the location was convenient. The staff were friendly.

It's close to the subway, making it easily accessible. The front desk was friendly. However, I was assigned to the 6th floor, but the elevator only went to the 5th, so carrying my luggage up was a bit of a challenge. The breakfast was decent, too. If the price was comparable to other nearby business hotels, it's worth a stay.
