連鎖酒店標準配置問題不大,樓道有裝修氣味,屋內香水味很重。其他ok

Extremely basic and seemed more of a 2 star, though the bed was comfortable and reception staff were polite. If you've ever stayed in an EasyHotel it's very similar to that, or like staying in a private room in a hostel. The room is very small -there's no kettle, fridge or cupboard provided. No vending machines in reception either, and the reception area is tiny. Every time you leave the building you have to be buzzed back in, even in daylight hours, which is quite inconvenient. Location is a nice area of Paris and a 15 minute walk from Eiffel Tower, but is far away from all the other attractions. Breakfast was beyond basic, some processed slices of meat, tinned fruit, cereal and bread provided. Would not recommend this hotel as it was not particularly cheap - I did not expect it to be as basic as it was for the price we paid.

Was skeptical about this hotel after seeing some reviews but honestly cannot fault this place. Firstly the location is second to none it’s walkable to the Eiffel Tower and right by a metro which is so easy to use. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are so clean and pleasant. Was still small but definitely enough space for bags and getting ready. Would 1000% stay here again and if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay then defo stay here

Hotel room was very small, probably the smallest we've stayed in but we wasn't planning on spending alot of time in there. The bathroom was tiny, toilet pretty much against the wall and the shower was hardly worth putting in it was sooo small. Bed was a bit too firm and pillows too soft, they gave no support and I'm pretty sure our bed was two singles pushed together cos there was a big lump right down the middle of the bed. Room was clean and towels and bedding were redone every morning. Hotel smelled clean but whatever is used to clean was a bit over powering and we always had to open our window to air out the room. Breakfast a basic continental breakfast but nice enough, no complaints. Location was ideal, 20 min walk from the Eiffel Tower and 5 mins from the nearest Metro station. Plenty of places to eat near by, would definitely recommend the Chinese just down the road.

While staying at the Ibis hotel, I went to the lobby to grab a cup of coffee and as I was heading back into my room with it, the door caught my free hand and smashed my finger. The door has no slow-shut mechanism and I was unaware of that. As I walked through the door, it slammed into me and caught my hand. As I was trying to get through it, my finger became caught on the locking mechanism in the door and ripped into my finger and finger nail. As I freed myself, blood splattered all over the duvet cover on the bed. I immediately grabbed toilet paper to stop the bleeding and headed back to the lobby to speak with a guest services representative. They told me to go to the pharmacy and get taken care of because they have no first-aid kit. I approached a second representative and they told me they couldn't do anything and directed me to a pharmacy. I went there and they told me that I needed stitches and I should go back to the hotel and ask for a bit of accountability. When I returned to the hotel, I asked if they could do anything of if there was some type of form to fill out and they declined to provide any assistance and told me to be more careful. I was finally able to get a band-aid from one of them and a bit of gauze, but they kept insisting that they could do nothing else and kept directing me back to a pharmacy. Since returning to the United States, I have suffered nerve damage in my finger, including the total loss of my fingernail. Additionally, my finger is constantly in pain. I've contacted ********** where I booked the stay and they directed me to the hotel itself, because that's where I actually paid. I've emailed the hotel and they haven't responded. Additionally, ********** has both called several times and emailed the hotel and they haven't responded. This was the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would think that hotel staff would have a first-aid kit on hand, or be more accommodating to someone who had been injured in their hotel, but I was repeatedly refused help.

Hotel not worth its price. It’s placed well in Paris and it offer a good breakfast but that’s where it ends. The rooms are so small that you can’t even move around the bed. The bathroom is small and not nice at all and plus during the two night stay no hot water in the shower .

The hotel is really close to the Eiffel Tower (about a 15-minute walk) on a very charming street, full of typical restaurants. It is practically in front of a metro station which isn't too busy, so the rooms are very quiet. I took my family to celebrate our 25th anniversary in Paris. I mentioned this celebration when I made the reservation, and to our surprise, we were very well received by the staff! We were greeted with flowers and chocolates in the room! And the most interesting thing is that it wasn't just the employee who checked us in who was friendly, even with the shift change, the hotel staff always greeted us. During this trip, we stayed at 4 different hotels but only at this one were we really wellcome. I recommend Ibis Cambronne to everyone. Recebemos flores e bombons no quarto!

The hotel was clean, but the room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. There is a table that extends over the bed somewhat. The bathroom was far too small, the toilet is so close to the wall that it’s not really possible to sit on it properly, you must sit at an angle. And the shower is absolutely tiny, with the shower head at a fixed height so you must duck under it. Whilst in the shower the curtain touches you the entire time. I usually enjoy a shower, but I was eager to finish as soon as I could due to how uncomfortable it was. No one wants a wet shower curtain sticking to their back. I’m glad my company paid for the room and that I didn’t have to spend much time there. Plus points - They had nice jam at breakfast, and a magic orange juice machine.
