Breakfast service is good. The woman at the reception desk provided poor service. There is no kettle in the room.No adapter is included. Not suitable for a four-star hotel. I forgot my card in the room, but when I asked at reception, they said they didn't find anything in the room. He wasn't interested in helping with the search or calling Housekeeping.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this hotel was pretty bad. Stay away. Bed bugs. But those are common in Paris I guess. No extra door lock. I left DO NOT DISTURB sign on and cleaning team walked in 2 days in a row ignoring the sign. I ended up going to lobby asking them to ask cleaning to stop ignoring do not disturb sign. False fire alarm went off multiple times in a night. Stay was pretty bad, won’t be staying with them again. There are much better hotels in similar price range. Stay away from this one

We were given a room but changed to a suite which we booked, loved the room . It was spacious and nice, it's a shame it didn't have any view. Recommended this hotel for a quiet trip. Nice and friendly staff.
