The hotel is very quiet, which is a real bonus in Paris. There's a lovely patio. The staff are okay. Good to know that our room had a very small bathroom. Personally, I think there should be a complimentary bottle of water and a tea/coffee kit in the rooms.

The hotel is a little bit far from the metro station, which takes you around 7mins to walk there, but once you get to the metro, it is very close to all the other attractions. The only thing I didn’t like about are the stairs. My room was located on the third floor, but the elevator cannot reach the the side of my room, so I had to walk three floors everytime.

Price was good for 1 person $120 euro. Room was very small, i dont have space for 2 luggages so just enough to sleep n shower. Bathroom was clean. No amenities in room, no cafe, no frid, no electric water boiler. Walking distance to bus or metro is 8-10 mins. Far!!!!! If u need a place to crash over night and leave in morning then this is fine. Longer stay maybe if u dint mind the tight space. I have better room at other hotel w same price n bigger space for 1 person.

We arrived very late for check-in, around 1:00 AM, due to a flight delay. Once we entered the room, we noticed that the toilet was dirty, and the seat was broken. We reported everything to reception, and the receptionist kindly asked me to report it to the manager the next morning. So I did (even though he wasn't the manager), and the receptionist informed me that it wasn't possible for the seat to be broken, that the cleaning staff would report it. I told him I had no reason to lie (especially since I wasn't asking for any refund or compensation), and he told me that he trusted the cleaning staff and that, in short, I was lying. He also told me that if I didn't like the room, I could leave. I don't know if all this is plausible, but that's what happened. They then proceeded to fix the seat.

The staff at the counter were very friendly. Although the elevator was tiny, the breakfast was excellent. The location was superb, with many tourists visiting in the evenings because it was very convenient for eating and staying. There was also a large shopping mall nearby. My son even bought me roses downstairs, which was very heartwarming!

This was an absolutely terrible experience. Several hotel receptionists were arrogant and impatient, especially a middle-aged man in a suit. When I politely asked him to look at the room, he yelled at me, and I think he even swore at me in French. The hotel felt like an old building from centuries ago. There were creaky, dark wooden stairs to climb, and no elevator. I had to carry my luggage up several floors. The room had heating, but the water was completely cold. The water flow was extremely loud, and even when the air conditioner wasn't on, it was still noisy. All this noise woke me up in the middle of the night; the noise was unbearable, even with earplugs. The next day, I complained at the front desk. An older receptionist said they would send someone to fix it, but when I returned that night, it was still noisy. When I went back to the front desk, the man in the suit simply told me to leave if I wasn't staying. What kind of attitude is that? Ctrip staff also contacted the hotel front desk, and the hotel said they wouldn't refund my money even if I didn't stay the second night. This is outrageous! Their attitude made me feel like they were about to kill me; it was terrifying. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
