This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at while traveling. I specifically upgraded to a deluxe room, but the hotel gave me a room that felt like an attic. The windowsill was almost neck-high, and it felt more like a basement! When I asked to change rooms, they told me this *was* a deluxe room. None of the pictures for deluxe rooms on Trip.com, or any previous stays, showed a room like this. Trip.com's communication with the hotel was fruitless! For nearly 6000 yuan a night, this room was worse than what my friend got for 3000 yuan at a nearby hotel!

The location is super convenient, behind the LV big box store on Champs-Elysées. The M1 subway across the street can take you to most of the main attractions in Paris. The hotel's decoration style is retro and beautiful, very French. The service is particularly good, the staff is almost responsive and friendly! The supporting facilities are also complete (the gym is clean and beautiful). A perfect accommodation experience, I stayed for 5 days and upgraded the room type on the last day, which is great.
