The hotel's surroundings have everything you could ask for: restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and shopping. The atmosphere inside the hotel was wonderful and very relaxing. The baggage storage service, both before and after my stay, was also incredibly helpful.

I am extremely disappointed with how a simple payment issue was handled by this hotel. At check-in, I was informed that the hotel tax would be charged in my local currency. However, I specifically requested to be charged in euros, as this is the hotel’s local currency and would allow me to avoid unnecessary currency conversion fees imposed through Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC). Despite my explanation, the manager, John, insisted on processing the transaction and repeatedly claimed that he could not have made a mistake because he had been doing this job for many years. When I requested that the transaction be voided and cancelled, I was told this was not possible. This was surprising, as card transactions can typically be voided before the end-of-day settlement. John continued to insist that nothing had been done incorrectly until I asked him to compare my receipt with another guest’s receipt. Only after seeing the difference himself did he acknowledge the issue and assure me that the transaction would not be charged, that the finance department would cancel it, and that I would instead be charged in euros as requested. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. The transaction was never cancelled, and I was ultimately charged in my local currency, exactly what I had tried to avoid from the beginning. What is most disappointing is not the mistake itself, but the way it was handled. There was no ownership of the error, no genuine apology, and no follow through on the commitment made to resolve the issue. For a reputable hotel, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism, customer service, and accountability. A promise was made, but it was never delivered.

There are coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby! The supermarket is huge and the prices are great. The hotel itself is long and narrow, so you might have a bit of a walk. The elevators are a bit small, and the layout isn't ideal. The restaurant is very spacious, and the garden is a nice spot to sit, chat, and smoke. The rooms are decent enough. There are also some street-side shops nearby, a delicious French restaurant, and the Picasso Museum.

So closed to the public transport surrounded by great eateries. Excellent service

At checking out, staff from front desk and concierge are helpful in keeping our luggage and some cooling stuffs in their store room and fridge. 👍

Great location, and the room was spacious and lovely with a garden area for sitting and a very nice restaurant.

The hotel is super nice specially they have an amazing garden! Location wise it’s located in one of the best districts in Paris next to two metro stations and nice restaurants. I would like to thank hadjiratw and Tim for their great hospitality and help! Definitely gonna stay there when I’m back

The hotel is well-located, close to the metro. Jihadul at the front desk was very helpful. I wouldn't recommend a classic room as the bed is very small. Luckily, we received an upgrade. The hotel is very quiet and has good Daikin air conditioning, which was essential during our stay. The staff are genuinely very, very friendly. We opted not to have breakfast as we prefer to eat out in the area.

Front counter and services was really good. Hotel overall vibes it's a little old but sufficient. Location is really near metrol and for its price, the hotel is really spacious. Will visit again.

Great location and v helpful staff. Lots of American organised tour people staying when we were, if that’s your thing!

It’s a very good hotel. I will continue to stay next time. The Chinese Tim at the front desk is our Chinese hometown. It‘s a great experience, and the breakfast is also good.
