The guy at the front desk was very gentlemanly and polite, and there was a kettle at the front desk. The location was very safe, just 100 meters north of the Presidential Palace, with many police and soldiers nearby. The downside was also obvious: the room was pitifully small, and it was difficult to even turn around.
