Reviews of Sure Hotel by Best Western Paris Gare du Nord

The hotel was very nice. The staff was nice. The room was very small but we made it work. The bathroom is also very tiny, not apt for claustrophobics. The toilet and showers are separate. The area was close to the train which was good, but many homeless in the street. Also, the elevator is super tiny, its for one person only, two if they are thin. Overall a good stay.

Had a very comfortable stay here. The hotel's location is super convenient. Even though I saw online reviews and my pickup driver mentioned the area might not be safe, I, as a solo female traveler, felt completely at ease and stress-free. There's a bus stop right outside with many routes covering all the attractions I wanted to visit. The North Station is less than a 10-minute walk away, making trips to London very easy. The hotel elevator is charmingly small and narrow, just enough space for me and my suitcase side-by-side, which I thought was a quirky characteristic of the city. The room itself was very spacious, with plenty of room to store and organize my luggage, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were all very welcoming. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!

I want to big thank to trip.com to provide us a good hotel in central of the gare du norde.One thing I like in sure hotel , they cleaned our room everyday when we were out and when we were returned we find it’s clean and tidy. Another thing every morning my husband went downstairs in restaurants areas and got fresh boiled eggs for me. I and my family really enjoyed the hotel.

the hotel is not far from the train station. the room worth the price. we chose 3 bed room type but got 2 bed room with 1 sofa-bed but that was fine.

On our first day, there was a heart shape made from paper on the bed, which was a nice touch. The room was small, and the elevator could only fit two people. However, the location was convenient, being close to Gare du Nord. If you have an early flight, you can take the night bus, which departs from the east side of Gare du Nord and is quite affordable.

The receptionist gave us the wrong card, so we went into a wrong room with someone else inside. But the receptionist did solve the problem immediately and they had a really good attitude. However, for the following two nights, our room card was not working and we had to go to the reception to ask for help again when we were super tired. The location is close to the station and also the bus station as well, but it does not have a walking distance to the other tourist spots. The room was big enough, it looked clean, but we saw ants occasionally. The receptionist was generally very nice, and was eager to solve any problems. They also offered free luggage storage service which definitely helped us a lot. So an overall three out of five.

The hotel is within walking distance of Gare du Nord, which is convenient if you arrive via Eurostar. Reaching the Metro station is also easy. If you enjoy Indian food, the hotel is located in an area with many Indian restaurants. The room is a reasonable size for one person, and the bathroom is clean. I appreciated the use of paper cups for tea and coffee, as well as in the bathroom. However, I found the sewage smell coming from the toilet disturbing; I could smell it even while lying in bed. Closing the toilet lid after use helped. Since I only stayed for one night, it didn't really bother me much . Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff spoke good English and were very helpful. He even walked outside with me to show me how to get to the Metro station.

Nice place for staying, near the station

The location is a bit scary. The description of the room is not clear as it caused misleading information whereby the customer may taught the room can accommodate maximum of 4 adults and children can stay in together. The afternoon shift receptionist is very defensive and not corporative. Overall room is big, clean and the toilet is big too. The hotel is nearby Gare du Nord for those who are interested in this hotel. It is just the environment making it feel insecure.

Indian community around, the streets are quite dirty. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the station. The elevator is tiny. The shower pressure is weak and the water temperature is inconsistent (hot and cold). There's almost no soundproofing; you can hear everyone going up and down the stairs and walking around.

the room was very clean and well equipped. however do note that the lift is extremely tiny and cannot fit more than 2 pax, or you will have to climb the stairs - do take note if you have much luggage. the hotel is decently located within walking distance from a large metro station, however the area is also rather rowdy and unsafe, especially after the sun sets - do take care of your little ones. the hotel breakfast was decent enough for a quick meal.

Room is clean and tidy. Near the train station just need 6 minutes walk. Easy to find and staff is friendly
