It is a good place to stay in the city centre. I will most likely stay there again, as it is super convenient to have a small kitchen (especially if you travel with kids).

The duplex structure is nice, but... there's a lot of smell in the bathroom... the sink doesn't drain... it's an unclean hotel.

I always use this place when I'm on a business trip. I've been using it for a few years now. The transportation is convenient and the staff is friendly.

Good location. Very poor service. The front desk can't speak English. You can only wait for the hotel manager to come when you need to communicate. One of the hotel managers has a very bad attitude. In addition to the basic taxes and fees, he tried to ask us for more money when checking in. There is no hotel cleaning service. When I asked the staff for water, I was given a bottle and they said in a weird way that I should go to the supermarket across the street to buy it myself next time.

We booked two 3-person rooms, one for 3 people and one for 2 people. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its good location, which is very convenient for shopping. It only takes two or three minutes to walk. The disadvantages are: 1. The service at the front desk (curly-haired woman) is too poor and the efficiency is too low. It took 40 minutes to check in for five people. Two room cards were given, and one of them was given the wrong one and had to be replaced, which caused me to keep waiting and dragging my luggage. Change the room card and change the room. 2. The triple room is useless. One of them was a sofa bed, but it was too basic. This hotel is not cheap because of its location. It has obvious advantages and disadvantages.

Behind Monoprix, Printemps and Galeries Lafayette are also less than 5 minutes walk away. It's in a very convenient location. I was looking forward to eating Galeries Lafayette's food, so I bought a lot of it and enjoyed it using the hotel's microwave and tableware. Of course there was a refrigerator, cutlery was stocked, and there was also a dishwasher. When I arrived at my room late at night, the electricity in the bathroom wasn't on, so I asked for help, and a short while later they replaced me with a new room. When I asked for a taxi, it was called immediately and the front staff were all very kind. I want to stay here again.
