Midnight Hotel Paris

Arrived around midnight, and there was a receptionist waiting to check us in. The location is super convenient, highly recommended. It's very close to the train station, making travel easy. All the staff provided excellent service and were very helpful.

1. The location is excellent. After arriving at Gare du Nord from Paris Airport, it's only about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. 2. The hotel has an elevator. While it's a bit small, barely fitting one person with luggage, it's better than not having one at all. 3. My room was on the outer side, and there was a seating area near the door for smoking, though I didn't use it. 4. Due to its outer location, the room was prone to mosquitoes. 5. The room had a shower, an electric kettle, and a TV with YouTube access. 6. Most of the staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. 7. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. 8. The hotel restaurant was very small, with space for only about four tables. 9. The hotel appears to be in an African or Indian ethnic neighborhood. First-time visitors might feel a bit apprehensive, but I personally didn't encounter any issues. 10. Overall, I'd rate the value for money a 5 out of 5. The location is decent, but considering the cost during summer, it's a 10.

The hotel was decent, and the front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful. She even got me a sweater because it was cold, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also good. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's so convenient!

This hotel is conveniently located just 200-300 meters from Gare du Nord and 100-150 meters from Gare de l'Est. Its excellent location makes it perfect for exploring Paris and for easy train travel to other cities, including the UK and Germany. I personally used it for my trips from Paris to Alsace-Lorraine and Germany. The breakfast was satisfactory, though I would have liked a bit more variety of vegetables. The room was quite small, but given that Paris hotels generally have smaller rooms, it wasn't a major issue. All the staff were friendly, and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which was a great added convenience.

My room, number 206, was in a separate building in the courtyard of the main building. It was quiet. The floor was very cold (in April). There was a 50 Euro deposit, which wasn't mentioned during booking. It's a 4-minute walk to the North Station, which is convenient for traveling to other cities. Breakfast included an omelet, eggs, ham, cheese, croissants/buns, yogurts, tomatoes, nuts, Nutella... The breakfast room was very small, and we often had to wait for tables to become free. The room had a kettle, cups, a complimentary bottle of water, and air conditioning. Housekeeping only made the bed and changed towels; the floor wasn't cleaned once in 3 days, and tea wasn't replenished.

The room was small, old, and run-down, and it was incredibly noisy being right on the street. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was terrible, like something out of a cheap motel. Parking was a long walk away, and there was no free parking available.
