Nice stay! lift is available, no need to carry the heavy luggage up to the room. Nice neighbourhood with bar cafe and restaurant. 5 minutes walk to metro station which accessible to all the tourist places. coffee machine is free at the reception. spacious for 4 ppl with sofa at living room. kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. bathroom spacious and clean.

We were surprised with an upgrade at check in and couldn’t be happier to get the roofs of Paris as our views! So beautiful. All super spacious and clean, kitchen equipped for cooking a delicious breakfast and the amenities in the bathroom were from Rituals a brand I love. And coffee at the reception is free all day and night. Neighbourhood is great, full of cafés and restaurants, metro station just around the corner. I cannot recommend more - this is my place in Paris now!

The stay in our hotel was very comfortable without any problems, the hotel was clean, cozy, very pleasant staff. In the morning it was a pleasure to drink coffee at the reception. We will definitely return to this hotel with friends. Thanks a lot 🙏

As spring is starting to bloom in Paris, so is Cadet Residence personnel hospitality, kindness and helpfulness. It was really a pleasure to stay once again in Cadet Residence. A place I will come back again soon.

This hotel apartment in Paris is a gem! Not top-tier fancy, but seriously comfy and bang in the middle of all the action. Cafes, restaurants, and cool sites are everywhere. Plus, there’s this amazing bakery right in front that's perfect for grabbing a croissant or a sweet treat to start your day. Getting around is a breeze with train and bus stations super close. The staff? Absolute stars – so friendly and helpful. Definitely the spot if you're after a great place that's all about location, convenience, and a warm welcome. Loved every bit of it!

Apartment is clean and spacious. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and it came as described. There is a couch and dining table in the living room. 2 beds in the sleeping area and 2 beds pushed together in the bedroom. Kitchen has a few plates, cups, bowls and convection cookwares, microwave, toaster and water kettle. There is no condiments, coffee or tea. Bathroom has full size shower and sink and is spacious. Staffs are very helpful. The neighborhood has bakeries, restaurants and groceries. Will definitely return.

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, the beds comfortable, space enough for 3-4 guests and the location is superb, friendly staff, easy check in and check out. The only thing and the reason why we didnt give 5* were the neighbourghs with kids upstairs running and shouting until 0:30am

This place is all you need. Spacious, clean, really nice people, parking, very quiet at night excellent located near nice restaurants, bars, the metro station. And some of Paris highlights on walking distance.

Super clean, comfy beds, friendly staff and smack in the middle of great restaurants and shops. We loved the proximity to the metro as well. We forgot an adapter to charge our phones and they had some for us to borrow. We seriously couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
