Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to Metro. Good selections for continental style breakfast.

Checkin, Room and Breakfast was fine.
Mattress was firm. 24 h desk.
Getting into the bathroom was a sideways squeeze past the washbasin for the hubby. Shower was big enough though.
Had a bit of trouble with the TV, the remote control lettering all worn out, had to guess what the buttons were for. Also antenna connection dodgy, but they fixed that.

This hotel is excellent. Small rooms and bathrooms but that’s expected in Europe. The staff is wonderful. Air conditioner worked well and close to the Metro. Italian area. Good general shopping and restaurants.

Quiet night of sleep in very good comfortable bed. Very clean. Great shower pressure and hot shower. Good quality shower gel and hand soap products that didn't dry out skin. Friendly and helpful staff - Dawa was wonderful. Tea and coffee in room. Full length mirror. Well lit room. Fairly silent air conditioning which worked well when 34°C outside. Minor point: A few of the tiles in the actual shower unit were crumbling, loose or missing - take flip flops to wear in the shower to avoid scrapes and lurking bacteria.

Excellent customer service - nice room. I checked in with two cats - the staff are super friendly. The area is also very safe. Highly recommended.
