The staff was very welcoming and helpful! Room is a little bit noisy and old. Might be bed bugs, we got bitten.

First, the staff who assisted us on our check-in (an older lady ) was not nice and inconsiderate. the place is so outdated and has not been maintained, the shower room tiles are chipped and mouldy.

Location was excellent - close to bakeries, groceries, pharmacy, restaurants and train stations. A walk away from the centre of Montmarte and la louvre. However it was like living in a hostel - the walls were very thin the first nights sleep was terrible as you can hear walking on the floors from other levels and people next door.

The customer service at this hotel is absolutely amazing ! While here in Paris my father fell ill. The frint desk staff were quick to assist and helped with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel based on this alone! And the beds were comfy 😊

The front desk staff were fabulous and the room was perfect for our needs, and we loved the 12 noon checkout. We would have preferred a prepay the full amount option but we would definitely stay here again.

The location of the Hotel is excellent. It is close to the Metro and has an authentic Parisian vibe. Excellent cafes and restaurants.

The room was soooo much smaller than all the photos on line. They were not changing our sheets until I had to ask them and even then they forgot to make up our room the last day. Supposedly they say they have until 5pm to clean. We left before 10am and came back past midnight to find nothing was done. It was literally the only thing I thought they at least did right. Frankly I was truly very embarrassed reserving this place for my family as they always knew me to pick the right hotels to stay at. Also, when we first arrived we literally had to drag our luggages on top of piled cleaning equipment and clutter in the very tight hallway to get into the door.
