The hotel is in a great location, but I don't think it's worth the price paid.

Location with near penalty metro station, hotels was clean , comfortable , friendly staff

The hotel was clean, customer service is top notch, and the location is close to the metro. However, the amenities were not so great. The room is too small, the A/C was not working, and the bathroom got flooded quickly when showering.

We had a good stay in this hotel, The location is perfect near the Metro, The hotel is clean and the receptionist is multilingual and helpful. Cons: The room and toilet are really small and you can hear the next door neighbor which isn't nice.

There is no water. The heating is broken. The walls are so thin that you can hear the person next door snoring. The room is small and there is very little leg space even when you open two large suitcases. There is a station nearby, but you need to transfer to get to most of the main tourist spots. It was helpful that there was an elevator. It was also nice that there were several restaurants in the neighborhood.

It's very good, but the corridor of the room is a little narrow and steep. The staff is very good and patient in communication. They are also very polite and humane. I stayed here for one night and felt very comfortable.

The room was not very clean, very basic comfort, the parquet floor is not stable, I had asked for a room with a large double bed I had a single room with a very small bed. The shower did not close because a window was missing.. the toilet bowl was not fixed. The air conditioning does not work.. There were also stains on the sheets. The receptionists are very nice, but the hotel needs work! In addition, you can hear everything that is happening.. it is poorly soundproofed

They were kind enough to help me even though I didn't understand the language. The water coming out of the shower head was broken. That was the only thing I was worried about, and everything else was fine.

Everything is fine, but there is no soundproofing at all. You can hear your neighbors, as if everyone is in the same room. Overall, it is not bad for a short stay.

Filthy sheets stained with blood and spots all over the skin when I woke up, I hope it's not the work of bedbugs... an old used condom on the doormat! Hygiene leaving more than to be desired. Run away!

The soundproofing is not good. The TV next door can be heard in the room. There is no air conditioning. The stairs are narrow. It is not worth the price. The service is good, and everything else is average.
