Newly renovated, small rooms, convenient transportation

The rooms are admittedly small (the corridor leading to the rooms), but this is more than compensated for by the hotel's friendly welcome. The receptionist was there on our first day (Sunday, January 18th at 1:30 pm), and Maria was there at breakfast on Monday. The breakfast room is nicely decorated, and the buffet is very generous. Everything you could want for a one-night business trip to Paris.

It's a disaster… we just arrived, we have three rooms, and nothing about this hotel is right. No hot water on the entire floor, no offer to change rooms, and impossible to reach a manager. But that's not all; the hotel is under construction, so imagine our surprise when we were told we'd have to eat in our room for breakfast! The least they could do is warn guests before their arrival; surely they'd be more understanding then! The stairs are no better than the rest—cluttered, dirty… The rooms are large, but also under construction. We come to Paris every month, and this is the worst experience I've ever had. It's simply shameful to open a hotel in this state.
