Well located hotel

Unfriendly and not too helpfull staff. Cold room (couldn’t take shower because, 10 degrees in bathroom)and when we finally got a new room after one night it was quite bad. First they lied that there is no room available but when I said that they have room available in web site he said that he need to talk to his boss. We left for Business and when came back the person who was there was not even aware of problem. She blaimed us that we hadn’t brought our luggages down in the morning. She said that impossible to solve problem in the evening because they don’t have room available. (Man in the front desk in the morning didn’t ask us to bring our luggages downstaires, just promised to ask his boss). When I told her that there is still rooms in website she said that there has been someone with covid and can’t be used. I told that there is more than one room and them we finally got room. There was also terrible smell in reseption area, some room scent which came outside the building also. I have asthma and hardly could breath there. I would recommend to avoid this hotel! I have visited Paris may be 20 times but not been in this kind of hotel earlier. Kauhea hotelli, epäystävällinen henkilökunta, kylmä huone ja hankala saada vaihtaa. Even though our arrival time was significantly delayed due to a flight change, they kindly accommodated our check-in. The room was very clean, and the beds were made beautifully every day. The breakfast staff were also very kind and the service was excellent. All of Paris' major tourist sites are within walking distance, but the surrounding area is very quiet. There is a shop across the street that is open until late at night, so it was bright and safe even when we walked around at night. Everything was great. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Paris.

It was quite late when I booked a hotel in Paris. I wanted a 3-star hotel close to the city center and convenient transportation. This hotel surprisingly met all these requirements. The price is very affordable. The internal facilities are complete. The service is also very thoughtful. It takes only 7 minutes to walk to the transportation hub. There are also many convenient restaurants around. Recommended! I might come again next time. It is very close to the Champs Elysees and Place de la Concorde.

Location: The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes walk to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, and there are delicious Chinese restaurants around. Facilities: There is a bathtub, very clean, and good ventilation. Hygiene: Very clean, comfortable bathing, strong water flow, and good water temperature. Service: Breakfast is very cost-effective and the service staff is also very good. Disadvantages: The aisle in the room is a bit narrow, and the comfort of the bedding is average. If you have sensitive skin, it is recommended to be cautious.

I thought it would be cramped, but it turned out to be quite nice, probably because the layout of the furniture in the room is very reasonable. The decoration is warm and retro European style. However, the overall facilities are quite new, but the kettle and hair dryer are a bit old and there is no refrigerator. The breakfast included is relatively simple, but it will be changed within a limited range, which is okay. I like the front desk staff very much, they are very warm and polite.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2024, we were very pleased! The hotel is intimate, cozy, the only thing missing in the room was a refrigerator) The location is excellent, close to all the attractions and the metro. Next time I will choose this hotel again, I recommend it.

The elevator broke three times during my stay. However, I think the location is good. There was a bathtub, which I was very happy with. The room is locked at night (after midnight) and you cannot go out, so please be careful if you are going shopping or doing other things. I had a good trip. Thank you.

The room is relatively small and the service is good. You can store your luggage. It's convenient to walk to important attractions. It feels like a quiet and safe area. There are many places to eat.
