Great experience in Saint James, good location for walking around, staff friendly and great service. Definitely worth the stayed.

Very comfortable bed, very clean, breakfast was a little limited but very good service

The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely European architectural style. The surroundings are pleasant and very peaceful. It's conveniently located not far from both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. However, walking does take some time, so taking public transport or a taxi would be more convenient.

The location is absolutely phenomenal. We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay. While the quality might be a step down compared to other more expensive hotels in Paris, its location truly can't be beaten.

Clean, quiet, and safe. Excellent!

The front desk staff were very friendly and helped bring our luggage to the hotel. The hotel's interior is elegantly decorated and has a long history. The rooms are also very well-decorated, and the butler service is excellent.

We have just returned from a fabulous 10 night stay at the extraordinary Saint James Club. Absolute perfection at each and every turn! From the advance arrival help of Remi and Harena (Concierge) to the check-in with Alice and her team, to the amazing dining room staff (especially Marie-Laura), to the Library Bar Manager Marion… every single detail was attended to with the highest level of grace and professionalism. And, a special thank you to Emma who assisted us with our check out. Bravo to the entire Saint James team. It is rare, especially these days, to encounter a property so skillfully run. We cannot thank you enough for your graciousness, and for such a beyond memorable stay. In the past few years, we have stayed at a number of higher end “luxury” type properties in New York, San Francisco, London, Laguna, Madrid, Barcelona, etc. With each trip, I diligently engage in my advance research in order to seek out properties that may offer a refined lodging experience. In each instance, regardless of the brand or price point, we have been left unimpressed by a lack of attention and a general chaos at each of the hotels selected. So many of these types of properties have made a full pivot to cater to a much younger and louder crowd - those with little regard for manners, a dress code and for respecting the experience of other guests. From the thumping DJ soundtracks pulsing at all hours throughout the property, to the yoga pants and on to the backwards baseball caps and addiction to vaping/electronic devices… this crowd has a way of high jacking the entire property, and the management seems beyond willing to accommodate their every need - largely at the expense of some of us other guests. Insufferable! That said, it was so refreshing to see a property like the Saint James which still honors the timeless and is committed to creating a quiet and dignified environment for all of its guests. Expertly attired staff, echoes of Dinah Washington drifting through the lobby, classic design and furnishings, doors opened and chairs instantly extended at every turn… these things still matter much. Comparable luxury properties would do well to take note of this truth! Endless gratitude to the Saint James Hotel for this magical stay. It would be a tall order to find any hiccups in our recent extended stay at the property. If there were one thing I might point out (and, it really is not so much the fault of the hotel itself), it would be the lack of a dress code. The hotel’s common areas, its Library Bar and Dining Room are old world splendid spaces in which to relax and dine. So lovely. It is rather disappointing to watch other guests waltz in sporting airport attire such as Red Sox hats, yoga tights, wrinkled gym clothes, gymnastic outfits (yes, gymnastic leotards) and… hoodies. Such lack of wardrobe attention on the part of several guests really does rob from the charm. Ah well… Merci beaucoup Saint James!

Most delightful decor in a spectacular hotel particulier . Amazin service, outdoor restaurant that makes you feel at home, increíble garden, besutifully decorated rooms, great food and bar, incredible spa and indoor swimming Pool, a dream hotel all together. We have already made our reservations for next year!

The Saint James Paris isn’t just a hotel — it’s a full-on experience. From the moment you arrive, the team is already two steps ahead of you (in the best way). The property itself is breathtaking — freshly polished from an 18-month renovation — and the shared spaces feel like a Parisian dream. I could happily spend an entire afternoon curled up in the library bar, pretending I live there permanently. The gym is compact but perfectly equipped (plus a sauna and steam room, which is really what we all want anyway). We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade, and the staff’s genuine kindness made it feel like they were just as excited about our anniversary as we were. I won’t spoil any surprises, but I’ll just say: thoughtful, accommodating, and warm doesn’t even begin to cover it. Yes, the hotel sits slightly outside the busiest arrondissements, but we loved the quiet charm of the neighborhood — and with the Eiffel Tower or Arc de Triomphe under 20 minutes away, you’re never far from the action. Everything was impeccable. I’m convinced I should move in permanently (though, failing that, I’ll be back as soon as possible).

Amazing and beautiful. Everything perfect. The room, the spa, the pool and the location. We had a magical stay for my son’s birthday. Thank you Saint James. If we were millionaires we would stay every time we came to Paris.

I stayed on Thursday night for a business trip and arrived quite late, after 10pm. I was warmly welcomed by Malcom, who checked me in and personally showed me to my room. It was a wonderful first impression and a great experience overall. The room itself was superb: spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and extremely comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the high quality bedding to the elegant furnishings, creating a cosy and luxurious atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. My husband and I stayed at the Saint James Paris for a few days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a fabulous visit! Everything was absolutely wonderful from before we even checked in until the moment we checked out. The staff reached out before our arrival to offer help with making our trip special. The entire staff was very welcoming and could not have been more friendly or helpful. Breakfast was delicious with wonderful service and we looked forward to a cocktail in the beautiful library bar each evening. It was lovely all around and we can't wait to go back!
