I stayed at hotel louvre Richelieu with excellent front desk workers who were very friendly and helpful. The prime location made it easy to commute. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location, in the heart of Paris, near to everything, heaps of options for restaurants, shopping and cultural activities, had a ball. Friendly helpful staff. Stay here you won’t be disappointed!

Bad experience, need to change, no feedback from management, look for another hotel on February 13, can you image? The photos of web are fake, not the same as realily. Excellent location near so good places to eat, to visit, is safe location.

A perfect small hotel near the center of Paris. Ideally located near everything we were interested in seeing. The rooms were small but very comfortable including the shower and bed. The staff were very friendly and happy to speak English or French.

The hotel administration did´nt find a Toilet Plunger, so that night we could´nt use the toilet. The hotel administration tried look for toilet plunger , but he did´nt find. the hotel is located near to the Opera Av. and the Louvre museum

Liked · The location is amazing! The hotel is centered and in a safe area. The staff is friendly! Go to Willy's Winebar around the corner, we loved it! The room was ok, but much smaller than the pictures pay attention to this! Disliked · The room could have been much cleaner. The floor wasn't properly vacuumed, there were long black hairs on the floor by the bed and in the bathroom. The toilets feel a little old and not clean, also there was pee on the door. There is a lot of scale accumulation on the shower head. These things made the room feel very unclean. The hotel is not ok for disabled people or elderly, there were a lot of stairs and no elevator!

Room is dusty and dirty. They just change the towel and make up the bed but never vacuum until you request them to do it. No lift and no assistance to help to bring our luggages when checked out. Disappointed

Perfect location, the room is nice but need to clean the bathroom more. The dirt from the shower head and faucet are really visible. Overall is good.
