Good location near the Arc de Triomphe and the metro station. Nothing special besides that. The next building is under renovation, so the window view is blocked and you can hear the workers talking. We kept the curtains closed for privacy, but it didn’t bother us since we were only in the hotel at night.

Room was clean but much older looking as opposed to what photos reflects. Super noisy at all level. Outside truck deliveries during very early morning, night time parties, day time constructions. Walls are so thin that you can hear all the other rooms, above room, left room, right side room. There is basically noise at all times.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel is not big, in a classical French house. There is a piano in the small hotel lobby. The elevator is very small, and it is full with two people plus luggage. Generally, guests without large luggage will take the stairs. The breakfast is very good, and you can squeeze orange juice on the spot. By the way, the air conditioning in the hotel is very strong and it is very comfortable to stay. Friends who want to book need to book early, as there are not many rooms in the hotel and they are fully booked a month ago.
