Very good. They even served macarons, and the cleanliness is very strong. There are two subway stations nearby, so you can go anywhere in the city.

Great service, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, though room size is a bit small. Despite the compact size of the rooms, every detail has been carefully thought out to make guests feel at home. The perfect combination of comfort and quality service makes this place an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Dear Monsieur/Madame, Everything was fine except maybe a small chair to sit and work with my laptop at the 'table'. And the breakfast. The electronic request did not work on my smartphone and when I filled the paper form, each time something was missing. First time the yoghurt and the muesli was missing, second time the muesli. Oh yes, third thing, the heating was put extremely hot in the bathroom (24.5 degrees Celsius). And it was difficult to find out how to change the temperature. Kind regards, Jos

We had a great stay at the Hotel Elysee Secret. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We had a sweet little balcony, coffee machine and complimentary snacks and drinks.

Unfortunately the safe box in the top-floor room wasn’t working. So I left a wallet in my luggage and locked it. Someone accessed the room without forcing the door, broke the luggage lock and took the cash (€150+£30). Lucky me that they didn’t take my passport. When reported to reception, they helped put luggage back into usable condition. They also told me that they might find a way to reimburse me the stolen money. I’ll keep you posted in these reviews about the progress.

No expectation would help. Location is perfect but please come with no need on any standard hotel expectation services. The receptionists (both morning and night shifts) are nice team members who are nice persons.
