There are supermarkets and subway stations around the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel's sound insulation effect is average, there is no air conditioning, and it was about 23 degrees Celsius when I went there. Although the room is not big, it is very clean. The service attitude is very good. One time I forgot to bring my key after 11 o'clock, and a guy came to help open the door.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The first night, we had an issue with a drunk guy upstairs and the very next day, they took care of it. This place is a simple but safe hotel, safe area, walking distance to major stations for public transportation (porte d'orléans). Nice and cheap restaurant around. The hotel is clean and they offer breakfast for 10 Euros which I strongly suggest you take. You will get coffee, unlimited croissant, and many other things. A simple breakfast in a local café will cost you more or less the same. For me, the important thing for a hotel is clean and safe and this hotel met my standard. A little warning: there is NO elevator and the stairs to get upstairs are very steep and narrow. In other words, if you have the slightest physical impairment, this hotel might not be for you. Also, I am not sure how you would get big suitcase up there. I would definitely contact the owner to request a room at the lowest level possible.

Unpleasant hotel manager to escape very dirty photo monsongére coffee machine that does not work for breakfast no large towel the reception does not meet the standard narrow staircase walled in cardboard barely slept with the neighbor

I don't call it a hotel! Transformed mansion, cardboard walls, the entire building creaking, the smell let's not talk about it! The cleanliness of the “room”: glitter on the floor, drops of water on the floor in the bathroom, bedding that smells bad, nothing was wrong! A place to be banned, we actually left an hour after our arrival, it was unbearable. The young man at the entrance didn't seem to believe us and really didn't care.

The lady at the reception was very warm. The room was small but clean. My big problem was carrying two suitcases up the very narrow, almost spiral stairs. Indeed, the hotel does not have an elevator!
