Loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and beautiful. I really enjoyed the area as well, it seemed out of the way of the crazy touristy areas. I’d stay here again!

I turned up earlier than planned and was kindly allowed to check in straight away. The staff were very friendly. The location’s great, with plenty of bakeries nearby for croissants and baguettes. The soundproofing could be better, but overall I had a very pleasant stay.

The location is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly polite and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved the freshly ground coffee, which you could get refills for, and the freshly squeezed juices. Every time I came back to my room, the bed was made, and the coffee and biscuits were replenished – they really put a lot of thought into the details. The price was also very reasonable. I felt completely at home, and I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Staying on the first floor, there was a mirror angled directly at the bed, and the room had a strong drain smell. The window opened to a rather run-down small area, which made me feel a bit unsafe. However, being on the first floor was convenient as it was close to the front desk. The location was very convenient for transportation. The room was cleaned meticulously every day, and they even washed my cups for me.

Elevator was broken for about 24hrs and the staircase had no working lights (very dangerous). Room photos are very deceiving. Superior Double Room photos show large rooms with a couch, beautiful stone walls, wood floors and exposed wood beams (implying top floor). Our assigned room was a small room on the 4th floor with horrible red carpet and wallpaper (see photos). Front desk refused to change our room and just shrugged saying each room looks a bit different. They need to create a new room category (e.g. Standard Double Room) with appropriate photos instead of trying to pass off sub-par rooms as "superior" and overcharging. There is nothing "superior" about this room! Location is excellent but I cannot recommend this hotel.

The housekeeping staff pushed open my door without even knocking. But all the reception staff were very friendly. Elevater is too small, the bathroom is too small.

The service was excellent but the elevator is so small. The drainage issue ( clogged ) on the bathroom shower room, no shower curtain or door. The elevator is tiny, only can fit one person with a luggage.

Excellent location in a good area. Everything is within walking distance, but the metro is also very close for getting anywhere in the city. The room is clean, comfortable, small (which is typical for Paris), but very cozy. It has everything you need, including a comfortable, clean bed and a desk. The bathroom is clean, but the shower is the smallest I've ever seen. I loved everything. I'd happily stay again.

My sisters and I booked our first overseas accommodation through Ctrip, and I was a little nervous, but it turned out to be great! The heating, hot water, towels, and beds were all excellent. The single bed, though narrow, was still about the width of a double bed and offered more privacy, making it quite comfortable. Free luggage storage was provided. The chocolates at the front desk were delicious – not too sweet, not sticky, and not cloying. The exterior and interior were very French, which I loved. Most importantly, it was incredibly convenient. Just a short walk away, there were shops open even on Christmas, offering authentic American and French cuisine. We ate our first meal there every day. Across the street was an 800-year-old medieval building now serving immersive performances. We could easily visit Shakespeare and Company, Café de Flore, Notre Dame Cathedral, the LV flagship store… the Left Bank atmosphere was amazing. We walked everywhere. If your stomach starts to crave home, there's a "Juweiyuan" Chinese restaurant, opened in 2002 by people from Wenzhou, just a few minutes' walk away, sure to satisfy your Chinese cravings… I would definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Paris.

Friendly staff allowed us to leave our suitcases so we could travel more comfortably at no extra cost.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I was told the room was an upgrade. As it turned out, I ended up on the first floor in a tiny 10-square-meter room with the entrance door practically touching the bed, and a minuscule bathroom. The price was so high for what I got that I wondered if they'd given me the wrong room. The room was obviously small, and dusty. The decor is outdated and desperately needs updating. The shower door wasn't properly sealed, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Excellent hotel with a great location. The location is gorgeous! Notre Dame de Paris is a 10-minute walk away, the Pantheon is around the corner, the Louvre is a 30-minute walk away. Everything is very calm and safe. All the infrastructure is nearby. Polite reception, the room is comfortable, clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is impeccable, tea accessories in the room (tea, coffee, cocoa, cream, cookies). The only thing I didn't like was the view from the window to a blank wall, the carpet smells old, it was a little chilly in the room (in mid-March) and it's a pity that there is no mini-fridge in the room. Thank you very much to the hotel for the comfort!

The room was small and dated, nothing like the pictures. Cleaning was poor, and the back of the toilet seat was covered in yellow stains (gross). Aside from the prime location, there were no other positives. (Another issue: some rooms were too small, with the shower close to the bed. France has strict smoke alarm requirements, so at midnight, someone in one of the small rooms was smoking or showering heavily, and the fire alarm went off, forcing everyone to rush out. It took half an hour to resolve the situation.)
