The location is incredibly convenient! Seriously, it's super easy to get around from here. It's really close to the Arc de Triomphe, and you can walk pretty much anywhere. There's even a Starbucks just 150 meters away. And the hotel staff were really enthusiastic too!

The hotel room was incredibly small; there was barely any space to walk once my suitcase was open. The breakfast was monotonous, serving the same items every day. While the coffee made by the staff tasted good, the service was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time. Plus, each person was only allowed one cup, which I've never encountered before.

Very nice hotel in the center of Paris, the breakfast has multiple options, the room are clean and pretty efficient. I liked it.

Housekeeping quality was inconsistent; we found stained towels, and items weren't put back in their original places.

Location is very convenient. Concierge service was good. We stayed for 2 days 1 night and the hotel provides necessary toiletries (no toothbrush). Overall, I will recommend this hotel for people who just going Paris for a short stay. (Max 2 nights)

Great location and excellent facilities.

There’s nowhere else you want to or need to stay if you’re on a 5-7 day trip to Paris. It’s safe, cosy, clean and so ideally located to everything, what else do you need? The room is super comfortable, put aside being spoilt all those years with big space on holidays, you should be in your room to wind down after a long day and have a great sleep, CitizenM delivers that and more! I will not stay anywhere else in the future ❤️. Eiffel Tower/Trocadero (22 min walk), Champs Elysees (3 mins walk), Louvre + Jardins (15-20 mins) etc etc
