The hotel is very poor! Anyone can enter the gate, and the whole thing is not as good as a youth hostel, there is not a single camera.
There is the fourth floor at the highest level, there is no elevator, and the hotel staff will not help with luggage, saying that our room rate of more than 1,000 nights does not include this service.
No cleaning service either, we booked for 5 days and they didn't clean the room, they couldn't replace the towels, they couldn't refill the tissues, yuck!
And the stairway is dirty and there is no service at all.
It is written on the platform that the room is 22 square meters, but it is actually very small, only about thirteen square meters.
And the double bed is very small, the two girls sleep very crowded.

Great neighborhood! Within 100 meters are a bakery, a butchers, a greengrocers, and a fishmonger. The bakery is excellent for breakfast. The butcher sells roasted chicken and amazing beef bourguignon. The greengrocer will fresh-squeeze orange juice for you. It’s amazingly convenient.

too small, 5th floor no elevator and narrow stair,
frigo didn't work all food was freezed (even if reviewed by owner). very painful to stay in this place. to be avoided next time.

Location and cleanliness and amenities were great. It’s very small but completely usable for us spending only a little time there. For three adults and two kids it would a little crowded and would recommend for more than 2-3 adults. The big issue we had was comfort for sleeping. The little pullout sleeper chair and sleeper sofa were very uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was great.
If the sleeper sofa and sleeper chair had a mattress cover or something to help with the comfort it would have been much much better.

Great stay for me. It was very clean and the kitchen was charming. We were able to cook a wonderful Christmas dinner. However, it was too small a space for 3 tall adults and my kids took a hotel room somewhere else after our first night. Also it is a 5 floor walk up so know your strength - can you carry your luggage up 5 floors? Fortunately I had young people to help. I would definitely stay here again as a solo traveler. The neighborhood is great and everyone very friendly.

Location was excellent. Property was excellent. Safety and communication with a host we never met was horrible.
One of the hosts walked in on us at 5:45AM and when we looked up they ran down the stairs!
And when we contacted the host we never met they acted like it was no big deal. He/she was supposed to help someone with their luggage. If that were the case they should have knocked instead of letting themselves in. And then running down the stairs and out the gate without even acknowledging us.
