The location of the hotel is very good, near the subway station, and into the Arc de Triomphe. Everything goes downstairs. The hotel staff is very polite and the facilities are complete and basic. But the downside is that it is too small and too crowded, and the bath can't be turned around. Every space is used to the fullest.

Please be aware when booking this property! Coming from someone that is in the Hospitality industry! This hotel has so much potential but its killing it with its service and facilities. Starting from the location, the property its located in a quiet are and super easy access with 2 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and this might be the best part about the hotel! Don't bother booking the stay with breakfast there are plenty of restaurants offering brunch for cheaper and better quality, there were never eggs, sausages and so on everything was always empty and it took 20 minutes to replace everything. Even one day when we were having breakfast we had to leave because of an issue with the alarm it was impossible to stay in the restaurant (which is the reception) even in the room it was impossible to stay. Due to the location the hotel is very small for the amount of guests they are receiving so be aware that the check-in and check-out might have a huge line because its so small the are that people don't have space with all the bags. The rooms are very small and when we first arrived we had to request to change it, it was impossible to breath they were nice to change to the street side since we were facing on the previous room a white dirty wall. The new room was more spacious and you could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. The service is terrible! You have 2 people which the name I can't remember that work in the reception that are very helpful and nice but the rest its terrible! Housekeeping is super loud during the morning! The people serving during breakfast are constantly eating, drinking coffee and making loud sounds with cutlery while we are eating! The chef takes time to cook it's a mess! The property has so much potential that is sad to see that they don't use their potential. I must say it is disappointing to pay $620 for 3 nights and have to go through this...The pool is paid so you are not using it unless you pay.

We stayed here to visit Disney Land. The hotel has a free shuttle service every hour. The ride to Disney Land is quick making it very convenient. We stayed here for 2 nights and could make full use of our 2 day tickets. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. There is a very nice shopping centre directly opposite. Staff were friendly and we had a quick checkin. I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Disney Land Paris.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in April 2022. It was Easter weekend and I had to find a hotel to stay in Paris because I was meeting family. When I booked this place, I was a little concerned about how it looked from the view of the outside. I was pleasantly surprised to find the boutique hotel very nice and very well maintained. The people who worked there definitely took pride in their hotel and it showed in the way they bent over backwards to help not only me but everyone who walked in the door. There are 3 buildings all back-to-back heading away from the street. I was in the 3rd building, 2nd floor. Hotel has no elevators, there were 18 stairs to 2nd floor. Room was small, but it was a single and all I needed because I was rarely in my room…it IS Paris after all!! Very clean and all COVID protocols maintained. Continental breakfast with great coffee (I was the last to arrive for breakfast one morning and was given the entire carafe of coffee on my table after I said “good morning…I NEED coffee!”) Excellent location!! I would stay here again in a minute! HIGHLY recommend this place…I honestly review hotels by how I’m treated when I stay there…these guys knocked this out of the park!

I was debating between a 4 or 5 star review but had to go with 4. The hotel itself is located a short 3 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Metro station. The property is very nice and the staff was excellent, English was really spoken as were many other languages. The breakfast was excellent, I'd recommend the package with breakfast included. Two reasons for the one star reduction. First, the hotel has 2 elevators. One was foam when we checked in and had been for some time. Having one elevator in a hotel with 118 rooms becomes problematic at busy times and we waited for 5 elevators more than once. It looks like either the elevator was damaged by water or mechanical or a renovation was planned, but.. I think it was the former as a renovation is done and workers are present and the situation scheduled. This was just a sign and apologies. The second issue was one evening we came back to the hotel from a day out all day to find our bathroom had 1 towel, not a full size but a bath mat sized towel. We were informed their towel service didn't return the towels that day. We baked and a second small towel showed up but, that was not well planned out. The GM did apologize profusely, but it seemed like poor inventory control to hand zero stock on hand. Otherwise, great location, fantastic staff, rooms are decent sized and well appointed. Ask the staff for recommendations on restaurants and cafes, they are all knowledge

Lovely hotel right near the Arc De Triomphe - (has a great view from the window!) great location and a nice relaxing haven after busy days in Paris- the beds were especially comfortable (the best nights sleep we’ve had in ages!). The hotel feels luxe but also has nice elements of charm such as the staircases. The shower in the bedrooms could feel a little odd if you’re not travelling as a couple but overall didn’t bother us- however have to be careful to not let it overflow! The staff were really friendly and helpful- especially Anthony who was always so kind and offered great recommendations in the local area. Will definitely visit again- good value for money for a stay of this type- we were definitely happy to have gone with this hotel rather than AirBnb options of the same price!

Business trip, stayed at quite a few other Paris hotels in the past. First of all, the rooms are the tiniest I have ever seen in my life. You can barely move inside, I cannot imagine two people sharing a room. There is no room for a closet. A tiny hanger, a tiny table and 50cm around the bed and that's it. Showers are approximately 60x60cm in size, elevated... probably could be considered a death trap for elderly. All Paris hotels have small(er) rooms, but this was something else. January 2023, sure with the prices of heating... but the room was so cold, I actually had to turn on the hair dryer to get some heat. And I wasn't the fist, it looked like it had been taped before to keep it on for longer. Breakfast was something like anti-Paris. Powdered eggs, reheated hard boiled eggs, reheated pancakes, stale bread, a couple days old pastries, unpalatable coffee. It's a joke considering the French are known for their cuisine. Would definitely recommend checking other hotels in the area.

Not fancy boutique hotel, but a place in great location (next to Argentine/L1 metro station) and affordable prices. Room was small (one person) but very clean and in good condition, and located in the courtyard. Air conditioning/heating.available, but did not even need it. Small minus that there was no safety box in the room, but there was a small fridge ;).. I also had breakfast, Petit Dejeuner, which is very petit=small - only coffee, juice, baquette and croissant with butter and jam - even a small bit of cheese, fruit or something would be very nice addition.

Very nice hotel about 3 blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We walked to everything. Very clean and seems to be recently renovated with modern baths and electronics. The restaurant was just a bit minimalist. And, our experience with getting cars, etc. was so-so. Still, would choose it again as a reasonably-priced (for Paris!) 5-star property.
