SSyafiq SahdanThe atmosphere when we first came into this homestay is excellent, so does the facilities provided for use during our stay. The interaction with the property owner when we ask questions to them are answered in a quick and precise manner. Overall. I would recommend others to book this stay if they are interested in it.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful couples getaway here. The breakfast spread was impressive with a great variety of local cuisine, perfect for both locals and foreign visitors.
The service was outstanding. My girlfriend has a dairy allergy, and the staff took great care of it. They informed all relevant team members, and during breakfast the chef personally guided us on which dishes were safe. Every staff member greeted us warmly wherever we went, and thoughtful touches like water and towels by the pool made the stay feel effortless.
The resort grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The only minor downside was flies occasionally finding their way into the room, which could be annoying. But overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

The resort is beautifully designed, surrounded by greenery, and offers a quiet, private beach. Rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with some featuring stunning sea views.
Service is excellent—staff are friendly, attentive, and efficient. The breakfast is diverse and good quality, though dining prices are a bit high.
The only downside is the remote location, with limited options outside the resort. Overall, perfect for a peaceful, luxurious stay.

GGuest UserNext to 4 points sheraton, suggest to stay here should drive or prepared to Grab. A 15min drive away from waterpark/ fruit farm. 1hour away from firefly park. Near supermarkt and nice cafe kedai kopi otai. But basically cos condo has no short cut or alternative entrance, u must walk out from the front and do a big detour by foot. Easier to drive out. Accommodation wise, yes, apartment block is away from carpark and no sheltered walkway, but is not far, u can drive to entrance first to unload then one person goes to carpark. But bring an umbrella in case. The kids loved the Mario brother theme, lego blocks and slide. Also free netflix. Responsive staff during working hours. But after working hours, expect a slight delay in responses. Cleanliness was ok, not amazing but ok. Bedsheets if just used newer ones will make a big difference on impression. Note a RM 200 deposit is required. Appreciate the hot and cold water dispenser provided. Amenities were great.

GGuest UserI will say this unit is a excellent choice. There is also a great varieties of books for us to read. The Internet is OK. The Aircon is very cold. The water dispenser is very good. The coffee powder given is splendid. There is also washer and dryer included the washing powder overall is ready. Great experience. I will come back to this particular unit if it’s possible.

GGuest UserThe staying experience and cleanliness were good. However, I was unable to connect to the WiFi throughout my stay. I contacted the person in charge, but they were unable to provide a timely solution. Due to the lack of internet connectivity, I missed important information related to my class. By the time my class ended, the person in charge only replied that we had tried but still unable to resolve the WiFi issue till we check out time. Inside the room, my Maxis also no connection, unable to use hotspot at all.

GGuest UserEven though it was almost fully booked over the weekend, the hotel offered a quiet getaway, as its premises is huge with a variety of amenities. Nature inspired decorations don the common areas. The room is spacious and clean, with a sizable balcony that overlooks the outdoor playground and the sea in the background. The local cuisine at the restaurant is tasty. Over the weekend, food carts were set up at the hotel lobby, selling local and western fares, providing alternative food options. The food that we tasted, pizza, satay and char koay teow, surpassed our expectations. The hotel may be short-handed at times so expect longer waiting time but the service staff tried their best to deliver their service, which is commendable.

PpearlynCHad a little issue with checking in but was resolved so overall is still okay. The exterior looks a bit rundown, but given the price, I can't expect much. Value for money if staying with a huge family. The interior is pretty decent, but will be better if the rooms have TVs as well...
