FFarihahibI love the location of Parkroyal Collection — it’s right near Bukit Bintang and within walking distance to malls and famous eateries like Damascus. Super convenient if you like to explore on foot.
The room I stayed in was a bit smaller but the modern layout made it comfortable and functional, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices — memang banyak selection. The mattress and pillows were best giler, very comfortable and gave me a really good night’s sleep.
For ev car owners, not to worry there are chargers available. Cuma car park size dia agak sempit muat muat kereta.
Overall, a pleasant stay and highly recommended for those who want a central location and comfort.

WWan Nazmi SolihinThis is 4 star hotel but i feel like 5 star hotel. The check-in process was smooth with 5 receptionist counter. The staff also polite. The room also clean upon arrival.
The breakfast was superb and adequate to start your day. The choice are many and the taste of food also delicious especially vegetable soup and fried rice. The staff at restaurant was superfast in collecting used plate.
There almost zero bad things in this hotel, maybe you can complain about the old furniture. But for me, it still look good. Worth visit, will come again soon.

They guaranteed a room for three people, and true to their word, there was an extra single bed provided.
The shower room was spotless, with not a speck of dust on the mirror.
The hotel breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The waitstaff were quick and incredibly polite. 👍

The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. BBaozangchaorenThe pool is pretty good, you can get a shot of the Petronas Towers but it's not an infinity pool; there's a glass barrier which limits the view a bit. The apartment's location is excellent, and the view from the window is also nice. I hope they improve the cleanliness, the pillow had a strange smell that was unacceptable... but there's basically no service. Hotels in Malaysia usually have a 3 PM check-in, so I appreciate being allowed to check in an hour early.

MMarine submarineMy stay was good and I have booked this hotel because of the KLCC room view, which was amazing. The hospitality and service was very good, I was helped with my luggage. The room was clean and well equipped. Frankly speaking the rooms would probably need some refreshment, but if you care more for the nice view at the reasonable price, you would like this hotel. I have also visited the rooftop bar in the Southern building and it was beautiful

Hot water for shower took a longer time to function after 1st switch on of d control switch. Toilet need to be improved to avoid flushing water flowing out of the bowl.
