Overall a decent stay for a 1-night stopover, though housekeeping and administrative systems could be improved. The Good: - Friendly and helpful reception staff. - Spacious room with a comfortable bed and good lighting. - Good neighborhood with easy tram access into the city. - Adequate general amenities (note: BYO toothbrush and toothpaste). Needs Improvement: - Cleanliness was lacking. The room felt dusty, and the carpet had loose hairs on it. - The kettle was dirty on the inside; we had to deep-clean it several times before making coffee. We encountered a minor administrative mix-up during check-out that caused a slight delay. Would recommend it for a quick, one-night stay where location and a comfortable bed are your main priorities.

I feel like the location of it was great and being able to book parking was good aswell, however I found mould in the corners of the shower and the bathroom overall wasn’t very clean. I was pretty disappointed about that when I first turned up. Parts of the bathroom was either broken or about to break, the plumbing is a big issue aswell, the sink is most definitely clogged and the toilet didn’t flush properly either.

Wasn’t the four start hotel I expected! Disappointed! On the first day, I was checked in a room on 2/F, the room door lock is jammed, the safety box is locked and there’s a water leakage. So, I get another room on the next day, the size was bigger but the toilet is a disaster, it was moldy and rusted. The door was jammed and cannot closed. All the water getting out.
