Not sure what's going on with all the positive reviews of this place and may simply an indication of differing perspectives but our groups experience was much more akin to the 3 stars and below. While staff (not including the manager) was great the place is not clean, maintenance is practically non-existent, food/drinks were not good, heard the manager yelling at staff more than once (but it was good to hear some staff respond), and overall it was not a good experience. As some other have said, at one point this place must have been great. The views are wonderful and the setting is cool but it suffers drastically from a lack of attention, investment, and management. Will definitely not be back and wouldn't recommend the property to anyone and really hope they improve or someone takes over the place that has the resources and skills to make the needed improvements. It could truly be a great hotel with the right management.

This hotel has it all. Huge rooms (we had a Villa). Beautiful views. Outdoor verandas for coffee or homemade meals in your fully stocked kitchen. A beautiful pool with breathtaking views. Great breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Close enough to Nousa (8-10 minutes but silent at night with stars above. We would and are definitely coming back. Great alternative to a VRBO services with space and a beautiful location. As I am writing this I can see the sea in 4 different locations! Come see.

we didn't actually stay at this resort, but rather stayed at another owned by the same people. our stay was amazing simply because we liked the location (easy walking distance to the village), Criton and Co are welcoming hosts, who keep their premises in top notch condition. we were fortunate to be picked up at the ferry and delivered back after our stay. we absolutely will stay with these owners again!

The property is lovely, the staff very helpfull and the villas so clean and clean. But the breakfast is really poor and in the menu of the restaurant there is a feel option and all is pre-preparad, could be much better, but you can have the meals in the town just 10 minutes from there.

Called on the phone to book a room. Was told if I paid cash I would get a better rate so I agreed. Once I got there I paid cash for the rooms. Never received a receipt or anything that showed that I had paid for the rooms. On the first day we spent €375 at the bar. Manager told me he'd prefer I'd pay cash as the credit card fees to the business are incredibly high. I went ahead and paid cash and tipped the bartender. Again, no receipt was given to show I paid the tab. On the day of checkout the manager comes to me saying I still have an open bar tab for the €375. The bartender Haris claimed that I had pulled out the cash and tipped him but left the tab open. After going back and fourth a few times they ended up charging my credit card. After speaking with the owner of resort was told I would be receiving a refund as this isn't the first time this has happened with this bartender. I have yet to be refunded the money. Be very careful booking this place. Pay with you credit card no matter how much they pressure you to pay cash!

After reading the reviews, I was concerned that this hotel was too good to be true. It is priced well below most of the other 5 star options in Paros or most of the other islands. We reserved the 3 bedroom Presidential Suite for the cost of a hotel room at many other hotels this past week in August. The room was huge with a great kitchen, living room, private pool, outdoor bbq, and two terraces with a great view. Couldn’t have been happier. Is it 5 stars as we now define them with high-end curated everything including “models” for concierges, fancy furniture that looks great but you don;t want to sit in and “gourmet” breakfasts that usually have food you can’t pronounce and often don’t want to eat. It is not that. But it is wonderful with a hugely enjoyable manager who will do anything for you, great stafff, excellent location just a short drive from the nightlife of Naoussa and anything else that you want. It is a much more authentic Island experience that you will love unless you enjoy ultra hig-end touches that provide little value. We loved it.

I was in Naoussa and i stayed at Naoussa Hills. Maybe the most beautiful resort at the island. So quite , so nice... We had everything that we asked ... Although it was very windy, the staff took such good care of the cleanliness of the rooms almost all day. Our stay in room 43 was very good. Everything was very clean and the terraces were swept three and four times so that there were no leaves from the trees, of which there were many. The breakfast was amazing and the food we tried once was also very good. The gardens were magnificent and the trees were full of fruit that allowed us to eat . . . It was a fantastic experience. We'll see you again next year. Thank you very much !!!!!

We came to this wonderful resort in June. The view was fantastic from the wondeful pool. The gardens unique ... The organic breakfast is wonderful. The manager and the whole stuff was all day there to make our day special. Thanks Naoussa hills. We ll come back next year!

Let me start with the good parts which are the kindness and attention of the staff there. Aris and Harris together with their team are very sweet people who really care about people having a nice stay and go out of their way to make that happen. They are lovely and I have to say provide 5*, service in a 3* environment. That is because while they are operating in a hotel which while I have no doubt was once great, is now just falling apart and very badly cleaned and maintained. We originally paid over €300/night for a two person apartment. This is what we could consider very premium territory. However the place did not match the price. When I opened one of the patio doors it literally fell off the hinges, the shutters were broken and couldn’t be opened and the window fell off its hinge too. The curtains kept falling off the rail and one large curtain was missing entirely (although to their credit they did replace it ASAP). While the state of repair was disappointing, the dirt was really uncomfortable. The floors were sticky, the cupboard under the sink smelled so badly you had to hold your breath when opening it, the toilet was never cleaned and one drawer in the kitchen had mould. To top it all off, when we first opened our room there was a dead bird in there who had been trapped some time back and died trying to get out (but not before doing quite a lot of defecal-damage to the room). I was really grateful to Arris and Harris for being so sweet and doing everything they could to make things better for us but it wasn’t until we moved to Tinos into a spotlessly clean apartment that was 2/3 of the price that I realised just how disappointing the whole stay had been. I’ve now doubt that this hotel was once great but it sorely needs a lot of investment and a totally different approach to its cleaning. It has the space of a 4* hotel but the quality and cleanliness of some shabby motel on a lost highway. I think Paros is in a luxury phase at the moment where demand has jumped through the roof and owners just don’t need to do anything to compete and so the owners don’t (of course Covid would have also been hard - but the problems here are way older than 2 years) Staying at Naoussa Hills has sadly also made me realise just how many of the reviews on this site are fake. I would expect that they might be but when you read people like 475mechaellab who explicitly reviews it as “very modern and clean” you realise that it’s extraordinarily unlikely that they stayed there. So - very, very lovely hosting staff but a hotel that hasn’t been updated since 1980. I hope the owner reinvests - it is in a beautiful position and has great potential.
