A nice building but large noisy parties, barking dogs, endless shouting and nasty staff means I won't be back.

Clean and new hotel in a great location to visit Pasadena. Walking distance to a large selection of restaurants and some shops. No thrills but has everything that you need for a hotel in a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for Pasadena.

The room is big, with a small balcony, and the breakfast is good. The only downside is that it is located at the junction of two main roads, and the rooms facing the road are very noisy.

The environment is very quiet, the bedding is clean and tidy. The breakfast is fresh and delicious! The service staff is very polite and smiling. The surrounding environment is safe and quiet. It is close to art galleries, supermarkets, cinemas, and the old town. I will come again next time!

The room was very clean and well-planned. The nearby shopping mall and the city hall are within walking distance. The hotel breakfast was not very varied but basically everything was available. Paper cups were also provided for take-away coffee or tea. The only downside was that the shower faucet could not be hand-held. The hotel also charged the room fee twice, which was refunded immediately after communicating with Ctrip customer service. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

I booked the hotel through Ctrip.com. The following is the booking and check-in process. There is no right or wrong, because I don't know much about the California hotel model: First, you need to prepay a room reservation fee of RMB 1,470 for online booking, and then the hotel charges an additional US$75 + breakfast fee of 12/person (later I reported to the platform that it can be refunded). At present, these two fees have not been refunded (I have checked out of the hotel for 4 days). Although the breakfast does not have many varieties, it is enough to enjoy, the hygiene is also good, and the environment is a very quiet neighborhood (this is really great). The parking fee is US$27/day, and pets are US$75 for the whole trip

Very serious, very normal, very business-like and academic hotel, close to downtown Pasadena, just a short walk away. But the room window is too small, a bit cramped.

Centrally located hotel in Pasadena. Decided not to rent a car so chose this hotel within walking distance of everything. Absolutely the right choice. Highly recommend.
