Location wise is pretty good 10-15mins by grab going to MOA shopping area. And most important closer to the airport..Staff are friendly and accommodating, Only downturn the breakfast not much variety especially for those who don’t eat rice for breakfast , It would be great if there’s cereal,

A very strategic place to stay in manila. Both LRT and MRT works well in reaching most tourist attractions. Spacious well lighted rooms with the touch of filipino tastes and artistry. All the staffs were absolutely polite and helpful. The only weak part is on their options in terms of breakfast selections which focuses more on filipino sides. You have to consider that it is not intended for filipino guests but also with other nationalities ( europeans ect). If u offer a continental breakfast which is more simple and light. Costs effective but the same price. Kabayan hotel is extremely and highly recommended with a flying AAA+++

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The room smelled a bit like mothballs but was clean. The neighbourhood is dingy but lots of shops and low-end restaurant options.

Please be warned. The place is not as it’s advertised. The exterior, lobby, and everything at the front, they look exactly as displayed here, sure. But everything else beyond the elevator— The room was not as expected. It was dirty, dimly lit, and poorly maintained. It felt like I was made to stay in a small storage room. The AC is working fine. There is hot water in the shower. But everything else, from the fixtures, the shower head, the toilet, and the bed, looked like they’ve been around for 30 years and have seen better days. The sink is clogged. Also for some unknown reason, the floor kept becoming moist and wet. Not just damp, but wet. It was annoying. They provided old towels which looked like they’ve been washed far more than they’ve scrubbed the carpets in the halls. The hallway was so humid and smelled of dirt, a 180-degree transition from the well kept lobby at the ground floor. Having said this, there are plenty of better choices for half the price. The room I stayed in costs around 1,900 per night (including a gaunty breakfast). Had I known the place was going to be this, I should have stayed some place else. I would have, actually, but I arrived at such an ungodly hour at 2am. Why did I not requested a new room? Mae, their front desk, wasn’t the most friendly. Absolutely a 0/10. WILL NOT recommend

Overall I'm happy to choose the Kabayan hotel for my 1 night stay in manila. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean. I have concerns.. the bath towel (it has stains) my mistake is I didn't check the towel before I used it. I just noticed after. Next time just check properly 🤝🤝. But overall I highly recommend it. 🙏🏼🫰🏼

Overall service is good. Staffs are polite and helpful. The only thing is, few hours before check-out, the Wi-Fi access was already cut-off. I experienced minor issue with the room key but was promptly solved by concierge.

our stay is nice and comfy. Just that our room is quite smelly i think its the drainage. The clealiness is superb and also the client handling in suggestions and queries.

The location is nearby metro and Airport, Hotel is very esthetics and the staffs are also welcoming and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable for families. Thank You Kabayan Hotel Pasay for the warm welcome.

Very near to the Airport NAIA T3, with basic amenities. Good for people who will stay only for short period of time.

The best location, the staffs were friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying here, however, the surrounding rooms can be loud during early hours.

Very accessible to nearby fastfood, groceries, Mall

Location wise, very accessible with everything. They upgraded us into new building but the air conditioning was not working well. A bit warm. And we’re just there for few hours.

We booked a Superior Room and it’s always worth it. Cleanliness is really observed, kudos to the service team of housekeeping. The veranda is of the same floor and it’s refreshing. We are always very satisfied in booking a room to Kabayaan Hotel. Always, ****** *********

Entrance looked grand. Location is good only for converter to the airport. It is in a run down area of Manila. At check in they want to upgrade us from our booking to the new section of the hotel, but the news rooms didn't have a refrigerator. So we stayed in the older section. It looked good until we got into the room. It was dirty at light switches and the AC, the shower had mold in it. The refrigerator was unplugged. The furniture was peeling it's finish, wall paper had small tears in it. The cable TV was limited and the picture was horrible, had snow all over it. The shower had mold in the grout lines and everything was antiquated. There was hot water and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked but was an old square window type and noisey They didn't have an ice machine so if I wanted to have a couple of cocktails before dinner I had to go to the dining room to get a small bucket. We were very disappointed in the breakfast. We expected a buffet and were given a menu with 4 selections. You could have rice or white bread, one egg and a choice of meat or pork. We went with the pork and it was so so. If you wanted a small plate of watermelon it was an additional 80 pesos. There is no bar or lounge. Never saw a swimming pool. They did help arrange for a taxi van to the airport. The people that work at this hotel are very polite and helpful. Dinner is all filipino food and good for the most part. I recommend the ceveche and calamari appetizers. I do not recommend the beef Kari Kari unless you like beef fat in peanut sauce. I was very disappointed in this dish of food
