We checked into this property on 30 July 2026, and unfortunately, our first impressions were extremely disappointing.
Although I informed the assistant of our expected arrival time in advance, we were still left waiting for almost 15 minutes to check in. The assistant who assisted us was not very welcoming or helpful. The air-conditioning remote is in a foreign language, but no instructions or explanation were provided on how to operate it.
As soon as we entered the room, we noticed an unpleasant smell. While inspecting the property, I found a dead small cockroach and a dead fly. It was immediately obvious that the accommodation is not well maintained. There are holes in the ceiling, underneath the air conditioner, and in the curtains. The wardrobe is damaged, and the table is broken. One of its legs had become detached and appeared to have simply been placed back in position to make it look intact. As soon as we placed a mobile phone on the table, the leg detached completely, making the table unsafe and unusable. The chair has dents, the fridge freezer is cracked inside, and there are visible dents on the exterior of the refrigerator. There is also visible rust on the fridge hinges. The kitchen cupboards are damaged, the cooker is rusty and corroded, and we also noticed during check-in that the faucet on the kitchen sink is leaking.
The bathroom is also in poor condition. The shower head is rusty and unclean, the toilet floor was wet and not properly cleaned, and the bidet is leaking. The cabinet under the sink is dirty and has a very unpleasant smell. There are also noticeable cobwebs around the toilet door, which further suggests that the property has not been cleaned thoroughly. I also noticed that one of the electrical outlets in the kitchen is broken, which raises concerns about whether it is safe to use.
Basic amenities are lacking. No toiletries or cleaning materials were provided during our stay. The only cleaning item available is a single broom, which is clearly insufficient for guests staying in the property. In addition, only two towels were supplied even though our booking is for four guests.
Another issue is that the air conditioning does not seem powerful enough to cool the property, making the room uncomfortable. The internet connection is also intermittent, making it difficult to use the Wi-Fi reliably. Furthermore, the microwave oven is not working. We purchased food that required heating in a microwave, but because the appliance was unusable, we had to leave the property and look for another establishment that would allow us to use their microwave just to prepare our meals. This was extremely inconvenient and should not have been necessary.
