Shore Residences MOA staycation

We had a great time staying in a cozy vibe unit on an overview one. The owner and assistant is so kind. With complete amenities.

Ok nmn kasi lang may attitude ung unang kausap upon check in willing nmn kami mag bayad pero kung ano ano sinabi.

Super nag enjoy kaming mag asaw sa 3 days 2 nights staycation. Sure na magstaycation uli kami dito!! Affordable pa!! Ang bait ng agent, staff , guard, information staff, as in super enjoy kami!

We were disappointed with our stay due to several issues we experienced. First, the lighting inside the room was very dim, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Second, it seemed that the bed linens had not been changed properly, as they caused us to feel itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Lastly, we requested that the chair in our room be replaced because it was defective. A staff member came to check it but left without saying anything, and the chair was never replaced. We would have appreciated at least an explanation or an update regarding our request. The staff was rude, then we talked to the property owner (which she has 23more units according to her) was rude also. What do you expect🤷♂️

Cleanliness - 1/5 The unit was noticeably unclean upon arrival. There were visible hairs on the floor, and the throw pillows and sofa covers had stains and signs of previous guest usage. The CR was also poorly maintained, with moldy walls and no plastic liner inside the trash bin. Location - 4/5 Good and convenient location, especially for guests attending events near SMX Convention Center. Service – 2/5 Very disappointing experience with guest coordination and maintenance. We were charged for damages we did not cause, and the deduction from our security deposit was made without proper verification or prior coordination. The WiFi was also not functioning properly and took time to configure ourselves. Requests for an iron and even a broom were ignored, despite wanting to clean the area ourselves. Additionally, the living room ceiling light was not functioning, leaving us dependent only on the stand lamp. Amenities – 3/5 Basic amenities were incomplete or poorly maintained. No Netflix access was provided (I had to use my own account), no flat iron available, the living room ceiling light was not working, the CR walls were moldy, and overall cleanliness was below acceptable standards.

I used to booked other hotel like gemstones.this is my 1st time here..unlike with the other hotel the room has no mirror even in the CR, there is no coffee mug..no oven..no toiletries

Our stay at Shore Tower 2 was extremely disappointing and stressful. The actual unit looked very different from what was posted online. The carpet was very dirty, there was no center table as advertised, and the comforters were damaged and smelled bad. The entire room also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom was also poorly maintained — the bidet was not working and the toilet would not flush properly. It was obvious that the unit was not properly cleaned before our arrival. What made the experience worse was that after checkout, they accused us of causing damage that was already present before our stay, especially the damaged toilet. Because of this, they withheld most of our security deposit and only returned 700 pesos. We had a very difficult time getting even that amount back. Very unprofessional handling of guests and poor maintenance of the unit. I would not recommend staying here unless they improve their cleanliness, honesty, and customer service.

Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!
