LUNA HOTEL

We had a wonderful stay at Luna Hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our visit very relaxing and enjoyable. Melvin is too kind as well in attening our needs. The ambiance was peaceful, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the front desk staff, Bianca and Norgelyn, for their outstanding customer service. They were both warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to assist us with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome from check-in to check-out. We highly recommend Luna Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. We will definitely be coming back!

I had an amazing stay. Cheap but quality hotel. I will definitely come back on my next Philippine trip.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, the clean and comfortable room, and the overall relaxing atmosphere. The location was also convenient, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. One area that could be improved is the bathroom drainage. The bathroom floor does not drain properly because the drain appears to be higher than the floor level, causing water to accumulate after use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to thank the hotel team for their hospitality and efforts in providing a comfortable experience. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, actually this was our second tike around.

Good Service, kind and approachable staffs, guards smiling, the room is so cold , you don’t need to switch on the AC 😆 .

The only downside was the bathroom drainage. The shower curtain was too short, so water would easily spill onto the bathroom floor while showering, and it took quite a while for the water to drain and dry. The Wi-Fi could also be improved, as YouTube videos frequently buffered, even during off-peak hours (around 3:00 AM). The rest are great. Staff are kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the location is so great if you’re going to Manila for a concert.

Room is spacious, check-in was fast. Sheets and towel are clean. CR needs more cleaning (molds on the ceiling).

The room was decently spacious, yet there wasn't much inside. No refrigerator or microwave. It was fairly yet sloppily cleaned since there was tissues left on the cups on the table used to clean them. Shower is decently big but only has a shower curtain so water spillage is unavoidable - this is only a problem cause the it spills to the entrance of the bathroom where the water stagnates and doesn't drain properly cause of the very even floor. The worst part is the wifi is non-existent, very slow and erratic. TV was in Chinese but still usable except when wifi is having problems. Had to use data throughout my 2-Day stay. It was also a little bit noisy, unsure if it was staff or guest but it was almost every night. Pros: Staff was very polite including the guards. Location is prime. Bed and Chairs were comfortable. No keycard needed for the power in the room so it stays very chill even when you are out and about.
