Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila

I do not recommend, there was a cokroach in my room . i asked if my room was facing the road, they said no but it was. The windows are not sound proof at all so we can hear the traffic till 1am and the construction site opposite tjay start from 7.30am. Also the AC is very noisy. It do not worth this kind of price.

The hotel was near malls like moa or wmall. It has a near 7 11. The only issue we had was the elevator. It was quite a bit walk to our room.

Our stay was okay overall. We had a comfortable night's sleep, and the breakfast was good. However, there are several areas that need improvement. We had to wait about 90 minutes for our son's room to be ready, which was disappointing. We also found a used soap left behind from a previous guest, suggesting that housekeeping was not thorough. The sofa appeared to need cleaning, and the bathrobes and towels looked dirty and worn, which affected our overall impression of cleanliness. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but don't expect too much. With better attention to cleanliness and room readiness, the experience could be much better.

Great location near the mall, not far from the airport would go again

Loved everything especially the food, except for the pool area, no tables or chairs around and gets so dark at night. No other lighting available aside from the pool light

Solid stay, especially if you're hitting up MOA or a concert Honestly, the location alone makes this place worth it. It’s super close to the Mall of Asia, MOA Arena, IKEA, and SMX—you can easily just walk over, which saves you the massive headache of dealing with grab traffic or parking after an event or concert. It’s also just a quick 15-20 minute ride to the airport. The rooms are surprisingly huge with tons of space to move around, and the beds are really comfy. Plus, having a 12:00 PM checkout is a major lifesaver if you want a relaxed morning and don't want to rush out early. The breakfast buffet has a pretty good spread of local and Western food to fuel up for the day, and the staff here are genuinely nice and helpful. The only downsides are that the property is starting to look a little dated in some areas (wallpapers, older TV setup, etc.), and the Wi-Fi can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on your room. The pool is also a bit on the small side with not much shade. But for the price, space, and convenience? It’s a great value. Definitely a solid, hassle-free choice if you need a spot to stay near the arena or airport. Would stay here again!
