The room was neat and tidy. Host was approachable.

Address should be specific on what cluster as the reception didnt know about us and we waited so long to contact the property. Poor signal and no WiFi in the reception area hence inconvenience to contacting the property especially if you came from abroad and no local connection. Otherwise the place is great.

They have accommodating night shift staff. Clean room and comfortable to stay. Helpfull guard in guiding me to the right area and bringing the luggage to the transport when im about to leave. Overall its nice place to stay🥰😍

Very disappointing stay. The listing was misleading—we booked a room at One Palm Tree but were transferred to Two Palm Tree instead. The unit was infested with pests and flies, which caused me to develop an allergic skin rash during our stay. The advertised free Wi-Fi was unavailable, the air conditioner barely worked, several tiles were broken, the kitchenware was incomplete, and the promised bathrobes were missing. We also reported these issues to the unit owner, but they were unresponsive. Overall, the accommodation was poorly maintained and did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here.

I love the place so convenient

Very clean Condo and well places AC unit.. You can feel the whole condo cool down. All appliances working.. Everything you need for a comfortable stay .
