The host so nice actually I had so many request to her and she help us. The bad thing is she provide 1 blanket. The Tv not working ๐Ÿ˜”. Actually i expecting cockroach or any bugs but only ants. Thank u.

Location is really great, just walking distance from SM MoA. Staff is also very nice. My only two concerns are (1) there are small cockroaches and (2) very few electricity sockets where I can charge my gadgets. But other than that, place is great and affordable.

Too bad. There isn't hotel. Just like air bnb. There are many cockroach. Washing machine isn't working and the button of toilet bowl is broken. But host didn't do anything even though my complaint.
Response from Property: We asked you what is the reason why you are checking out early but you did not response. We were surprised you said that there were cocroaches in the room but when we check there were nothing. We are also willing to relocate you to other room but you refused. Maybe you have changed of plans thatโ€™s why you requested for a refund because you wanted to make your booking free of charge at our expense. Next time feel free to ask how to use the washing machine and how to flush the toilet properly so that we can teach you. Now you wrote your negative review because you didnโ€™t get your refund request.

The room is clean and tidy but small roaches litter around the floor of the bathroom and bed. The attending staff was accommodating but hard to reach when texted hence a call should be made to address our concerns. There are a lot of simple kitchen utensils and tools that werenโ€™t there in spite of their rule to wash all the dishes after its use. Sadly, microwave had to be transferred near the socket of the kitchen in order to use it. The mattress of the bed needs to be replaced as it is not comfy to sleep on. All in all, the room needs general pest control.
