"I booked on June 1, 2025, for 2 guests. However, I arrived first since my partner was working overtime and came at 3:30 AM on June 2, to be exact. The rude receptionist at that time asked about my check-in and said only 1 guest was allowed for my room, which I had booked. I needed to show the email confirming I booked a room for 2 guests. She took a picture of the email and then told me she needed to confirm with the hotel. I've booked hotels many times before and never encountered such an attitude. Also, they didn't provide a welcome water in my room, which is fine, but the receptionist's rudeness was not. I'll make sure to post about this.

Hi good day, I would like to highlight about No complimentary water upon arrival It has kettle but no water, coffee, The staff are not confident enough to all guest queries (joy & Alyssa) The hotel is under renovation which is the guest can understand...

bad service. not worth your money, the staff are very rude(especially VINCE). they treat you very badly. they would not even allow my family to visit my hotel room and eat together with them inside the room. they don't allow visits inside and only by the lobby outside the hotel room. even the sink in bathroom was broken when i came. even hotel is still under renovation
