Hotel101 - Manila

This is my second time staying at Hotel 101, and once again, I had a very good experience. Considering the price, it offers excellent value for money. The rooms are clean, the staff are accommodating, and the overall stay was comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Hotel 101 for the exceptional service we received during our stay. When I made my online booking, I included a special request asking if there was any complimentary surprise for my child's graduation since it was a very special occasion for our family. I honestly didn't expect anything, so I was truly touched when the manager personally approached me to ask if it would be okay to prepare a chocolate cake as our welcome gift. Upon entering our room, we were welcomed with a delicious chocolate cake and a handwritten Congratulations card from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you so much to the manager and the entire staff for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and excellent customer service. We truly appreciated everything you did to make our stay extra special. This was already our second stay at Hotel 101, and because of this wonderful experience, we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! Thank you, Hotel 101!

Supeeerrrr 🩷🩷🩷 my stay in this hotel.. super friendly ng mga stafff. And 5mins walk lang papuntang MOA and very convenient my jollibee and 7/11 sa baba and i like very much the room may small kitchen sa room since my toddler ako diko na need mag wash sa banyo ng milk bottle and malinis yung room... I will definitely book in this hotel again 5 star sakin tong hotel.

Room is clean and refurbished. Towels are available when I entered the CR. Good signal of wifi.

Every time na mag babakasyon ako pinas lagi kong pinipili ang hotel 101 kahit e check nila ang pangalan ko lagi akong nag checheck in lagi namn may issue last time my ipis ang pagkain nong nag stay ako sa hotel ngayun namn parang nirush yung room walang towel icalled twice pero wlang action better to improve the service and the lady in front desk is arrugant
