Hotel101 - Manila

Overall, Hotel 101 offers great value for money. The rooms were ok. The location is very convenient, especially for guests visiting the Mall of Asia area. The only issue we encountered was that there were no towels available upon check-in, and we had to wait until around 8:00 PM before they were provided. Aside from this inconvenience, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. I would still recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

The hotel’s location is the best. The room is wide enough for me. Also the staff were very helpful and the view from the room is very nice.

Towels were not ready in the room and got the towels super late around 10pm already. Check in took way too long.

It was my second time to stay hut this time it was a bit dissappointed the toilet is a bit smelly the blower is not working they dont change the towel if they clean the room i have to tell to them.

Clean Rooms the pool is clean . The byffet is is ok the aircon takes time to cool. Thr patking are reserve

Good place and safe . An excellent customer service very helpful for a person whose flight is too early in the morning to request for Rhianna’s breakfast to be packed . Perfect swimming pool for senior and kids are separated. Thanks and highly recommended why? Breakfast buffet is perfect so many selection . Try it and you will be satisfied!

Its past 2pm when i arrive and have a long list took 10minutrs for ne to have a room. When i aarive at room no supplies when i called housekeeping i have tonwait for 8pm for the towels but they were nice naman. Overall still good experience

If you’re planning to stay at this hotel in Pasay, make sure to request a room on the 16th floor, as it seems to be the only renovated floor. The other floors feel quite old, and we noticed mold on the hallway ceilings, which was very disappointing. We also experienced poor housekeeping service during our stay. For two days, no bath towels were provided, and we were told to use the pool towels instead, which did not feel clean or appropriate for room use. Overall, the renovated rooms may be better, but the maintenance and service issues on the other floors seriously affected our experience.
