Nice pool, would stay again and recommend. Close to terminal 2 sky bridge

Great location especially if you are traveling. Very near the airport. Near the church as well.

The area is very nice for a walk. On the left are shopping malls, shops and local zone. On the right are convenience store, Church, other hotels such as Marriott, Belmont, Footbridge to Terminal 3 and elevated streets. Very convenient and clean to walk to Terminal 3 because we walk inside the new and modern footbridge. Got an apartment on the 2nd floor and can see the front entrance. The room is large and has a kitchen with microwave and kettle. No washing machine and no toiletries but no problem as I brought my own. Comfortable clean bed. Wish that they would add the underpad in case any guest causes any mark or a woman has her period. Now they only place a bed sheet directly over the mattress. Reception and Security staff are very welcoming and polite to everyone who came. We waited in the main Reception until the Host came around 2:20pm and led us to the Cluster we stayed. At the 2nd Reception, we registered and the Host led us to our room. When checking out, we returned the key into the mail box of our room. The condo is quite luxury. Room has old furnitures but shower room is new. Compared with rooms of the same price range, this is a great place to stay. Thank you so much for the help from the 2 ladies at Reception so that I could receive my parcel I bought online.

When I got to the guardhouse, I mentioned my name and the address which was published in Trip.com and then guard is telling me the there is no record of my name on the list of people checking in on that day, so I called the caretaker and she was rude to me. So I told her what happened and she was raising her voice to me while saying that she already did the paperwork. And then when I was talking, she doesn't even let me finish my sentence and just keep on saying that just wait just wait. I wanted to ask her if should I wait cuz there are different clusters and 2 guard house. It was just so annoying. Also, when I tried to watch tv, there was no signal and even though they have a remote with netflix button it's not even working. Idk, I didn't bother to ask for their help anymore

The place is next to the airport which makes it convenient, but is not clean and it seems like someone lives there… I needed to open the door two times in my stay due to someone who was picking things inside the apartment.. very annoying

It takes only 5mim to get to the airport from the unit. It's convenient to stay there on the previous day before traveling. The unit owner has already prepared everything and shared about my reservation with the receptionist / gard in advance. I could check in the unit without any troubles.

The bed was awfwull but slept good anyhow. Everything is really old. Service was good. You can walk there, don;t get a taxi.

When I arrived at the condo the person in charge cannot find my bookings and keep on asking the unit number as I thought they are the one who will know it as they have the system. I hope it will not happened again next time or for the next traveler

All is perfect i choose this always everytime i go back to philippines.

Overall,our stay was pleasant. Our only concern was 1 or 2 small cockroaches in the room when we first entered it.

It's nice to stay here, accessible to the airport terminal 3..
