I am very Disappointed about the hotel, its very different from the trip.com picture to the actual. The Most Dirtiest accommodations I booked Here in Trip.com. Very very dirty. But I have to stay coz I dont any choice coz I can’t cancel coz I arrived late at the hotel because of my delayed flight. Dont stay you cant sleep coz Its stinky and so many mosquitoes and cockroaches. Take alook at the Picture I uploaded. This Hotel most be close to maintenance.

It's a very bad place to stay.😭 From the entrance going to the room was stinky and there was a very bad smell. There are a lot of small insects in the room. The A.C was very dusty. I can't recommend it to anyone because the reality was too bad than the images in the apps.

Worst hotel experience ever! Traumatizing everything was terrible too many cockroaches napakadumi lahat ng sulok at napakadaming hair sa sahig and sa pillows hindi man lang nilinisan bago ipagamit sa ibang customer! Hindi makatulog dahil pinapalibutan ka ng mga ipis yung CR napakadumi at ang baho sa lobby puro tambay ang madadatnan yung nag assist puro ML lang hindi maka assist ng maayos tapos nakakalat lang lahat ng bedsheets and pillow case sa kapaligiran. Never again to this hotel!!

Worst experience! This hostel has no consideration for its guests. They confirmed my booking but then no one attended my check-in. I contacted their number before my arrival but out of the coverage area. I was so disappointed and annoyed as it was also the onset of typhoon Carina in metro Manila where most areas had experienced flooding. At that time transports were limited due to floods. I opted to cancel my booking during my arrival due to no receptionist had accommodated my check-in. It was a sad and bad moment. I canceled my booking. However, the hostel did not allow me to get a reversal or refund. I will never book this hostel again. Poor customer service! So disappointing!

The place is bad. No soap and toiletres i will not recommend this place to anyone. The pictures in the booking app is different from the actual room. No wifi and no signal inside. What a ******** hotel

The room is dirty. There are trash under the bed and it seems like it’s not been cleaned for a while. No complimentary items such as soap, disposable toothbrush or toothpaste , and also there is NO TV in the room but in the description before booking, there should have been television. The water is also dirty, it should be filtered. The heater is not functioning in the shower.
The AC is working well but I am not comfortable with the dirty room
