I had a really comfortable stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, and I especially loved the view from the window. It was a nice spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the city view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was also convenient for getting around. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Manila.

I always have a great experience staying at this hotel. Every time I book here, I always get a good night’s sleep and feel well-rested the next morning. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall experience is always pleasant. Terrible experience during a late night check-in around 10:30 PM. Despite multiple staff members standing behind the desk, only two were actively assisting guests, leading to an unnecessary delay. Things went downhill fast once I got to my room. It smelled heavily of fresh paint. It was so strong it felt toxic and unsafe to stay in. When I called down, staff initially tried to brush it off by saying they were fully booked as if being at capacity excuses giving a guest an uninhabitable room. I went straight back down to the desk to insist on a change. They knew full well there was an issue as they called their duty manager in front of me at check-in if they could release the out of service room. I was given a second room. Unfortunately, this new room was no better. It smelled damp and moldy, clearly needing far more attention with cleaning and maintenance. To top it off, the towels were stained and still had hair on them from previous guests. Walkway from the entrance was very sticky. After just a few hours of dealing with these unacceptable conditions, I decided to cut my losses and leave the property entirely. Releasing unsafe rooms and providing dirty linens is completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back, there are much better options around. No apologies and no urgency from the staff.

It was so fantastic and great! Food is good and my stay was very perfect! The shuttle service and the hospitality of all their staff.

- The fitness gym equipment was either broken or not functioning properly. - The room, linens, and pillows exhibited dampness and an unpleasant odor. - Soundproofing within the rooms was inadequate. - The breakfast provided lacked variety and did not meet taste expectations. - The complimentary airport shuttle service was excellent. - The staff members were friendly and accommodating. - The shower experienced low water pressure.

Room quite small, but value for money. Limited choice for breakfast. Worth for budget.
