PRS @ One Palm Tree Villa near T3 Airport

Being able to walk to the airport was incredibly convenient! They also provided shampoo and other amenities, which was nice. My only minor complaint was the slightly sewage-like smell in the room.

It wasn't hard to find the place at all. As soon as you turn the corner, it's right there next to the church. It's also really close to the overpass leading to Terminal 3, so if you're coming from or going to T3, it's very walkable. There are also stores and restaurants nearby, a Watsons, and even some street food stalls at night, though I'm not sure if they're always there, it just looked like a temporary setup. You can swim here until 10 PM, but no food is allowed by the pool. There's also a gym, but I didn't try it, so I'm not sure about the rules there. Check-in was super relaxing, and the security and front desk staff were very kind. The room itself was clean and nice inside, with a TV, WiFi, and a balcony where my cousin and I had breakfast. The only downside was that the doorknob for our bathroom was broken – minus one star for that, haha! Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. :)

Unpleasant welcome, it was clear we were bothering her. We asked if we could leave our luggage in storage tomorrow as our flight was at 7 PM, and she replied there was no luggage storage, even though it's listed on Trip.com. We asked where we could have breakfast the next day, and her answer was basically 'wherever you want,' without offering any suggestions! There were bugs everywhere in the bathroom; I couldn't even bring myself to use the toilet. This morning, the same person at the front desk didn't even say hello. However, there was a very kind and smiling man at the reception upon our return! The apartment itself is good but very noisy, and the AC makes a lot of noise. For one night, it's fine!

It's very close to the airport and not too far from Mall of Asia. The environment is pretty good too. The only minor issue is that it was a bit hard to find for a first-timer, but everything else was great. Good value for money.
