The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk even offered free printing services, which was a nice touch. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast menu changed daily, and it was quite good. The room was spacious and very clean, with good hygiene standards. There's a shuttle bus service to MOA, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The only downside is that you need to be okay with the slightly outdated bathroom facilities, as it's an older hotel. If that's not a deal-breaker for you, then I'd say this hotel is a solid choice and I'd consider booking it again.

Almost feels like 5 star hotel but just with slightly dated furniture. Very spacious bathroom but no bidet unfortunately. Otherwise, my experience was great. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

The hotel provided a free shuttle service to SM Mall of Asia, which was a great way to get there and see it. The place is quite big. Lots if places to eat and a good Hypermarket. The daily housecleaning was good and the breakfast was also quite good.

This is my third time staying in this hotel during the one month duration of my holiday. Jona Joy Dionela, Senior Front Office Manager,  Florife Laroza, Director of Rooms and Eduardo Dela Cerna, Front office manager; made sure I experienced extra mile customer services and extremely satisfaction experienced during my stay. Facilities are well maintained and up to an excellent standard and enjoyed the variety of foods available in the morning and dinner buffet.  Definitely will book my stay on my next holiday..

My kids and i celebrated new year here. From the moment i entered and left, all was exceptional. The warm greetings of staff, their pleasant smiles and assistance, as well as the nice scent upon entering the hotel and on our floor left an impact. The scent is mild and calming to the senses. The pool was also squeaky clean. A well scented hotel can give a huge impact on customers like me, who’s sensitive on smell. Overall, stay was enjoyable and unforgetable, clean and well scented. Will definitely come back and recommend. Kudos to this hotel staff for maintaining the place so well! Thank you!
